Xiao Huayong is the true definition of delulu and Tian Yuan keeps feeding his delusions 😭And tell me why this…
Right! 😂
Though just to clarify (in general), it is not a loophole, the drama just haven't explained further. I just found out more about the poison and his real physical abilities in the Character Relationship discussions here.
I just feel like the drama isn’t mind-blowing. It has nothing new to offer. Kind of surprised it’s a 2026…
That was also a good point. But yeah, I personally like it so far maybe because it was my cup of tea. I find it entertaining and intriguing enough for me to get hooked. To each their own, I guess. ❤️
Hmm, it's not really reincarnation... Maybe you should check the drama first and give it a chance before telling…
It was because there somehow are two bodies inside SXH. She remembers her life as GQZ, but also know about her history as SXH.
Also, the time interval of GQZ's death and her transporting to SXH's body is only three years. Meaning, GQZ and the original SXH were alive at the same time in the past. So, she did not really reincarnate—it was not a reborn.
I wonder what does Gu Qing Zhi actually looks like? It doesn't seem like she had the same face as Shen Xi He since Prince Xi didn't recognize her, but he also wasn't looking at her during the banquet so I'm kinda confused lol.
Why is He Yu so good at that down-bad-at-first-sight role??? It's not yet love, but it's already giving that "I can do anything for you whatever odds there may be" type of infatuation. Two episodes in and I'm already screaming so much! ❤️🔥
And Meng Zi Yi is literally the perfect choice to be the multifaceted calm and composed lady. Her aura evinces her ambitious side while her face conceals it. She's the embodiment of soft and kind-hearted but calculating and ruthless all at once. I'm totally in love! 🤩
This is one of the dramas I'm looking forward the most, that's why I'm truly happy that the first five episodes did not disappoint. I hope this momentum will be kept, and it will only get better and better!
This was quite a long 24-ep series... I really wanted to love it more. The first half really piqued my interest, but the second half just become a bit boring for me. I started watching it right on the first day of airing, but now, I still haven't finished it. I'll still try to finish it with the hopes that it will get better because I wanted to see how everything will unravel. I also wanted to finish it for the sake of my beloved actors, CDL, ZYR, and TXT.
The first time I watched My Dearest was in early 2024, but still haven't finish it after trying to watch it again twice. Not because it was bad, in fact, the plot is intriguing enough for me to get invested and I really love it—it's just quite heavier than I've thought before. I just picked it up again today, after watching an edit on TikTok. The emotional scenes still never fail to make me sob. The moment I've watched it, everything still feels the same—as if I'd just watch it yesterday. It also feels surreal that I can watch it now, and I'm actually in the mood to feel whatever it may bring.
Since Ep1, I already read the synopsis. I knew what was coming. Every time they were happy, I also fear what was coming. Now that I've watched Ep20, all those fears were all poured in that breakup scene. I'm not okay. My mental health isn't okay. I thought I'm already prepared since I knew what was coming, but it has rather affected me more than I could ever explain. 😭
