100k comments on Salon drip video is real madness lol 🤣
may you kindly give us a link to watch it? been finding it on youtube since it went viral just the day after they posted the salon drip but i can't seem to find it 😭 sorry for the disturbance
wowww, i just started this drama last 2 days and now i can't get enough of it! jiang li (fang fei) and duke su surely were such a delight to watch, there's no profound romance yet but the chemistry is there, felt and seen. the plot just became more and more intriguing, and i am entertained in every second. love it!
hi! just planning on watching it after i saw this in MDL's most popular shows list... is this drama a mix of historical and modern? if so, how was it done - like are there 2 timelines occuring at a time or there is time travelling?
Her plan was so stupid and cruel ! She literally reproduced his trauma accident in the car and faked her death…
He won't die because of her decision, it's just that he would go back to his old self...
She have told her reason, that maybe it was her selfishness that it's more important for her that he will live than him saving her and die. Though she knew that living a life without purpose is worse than just being alive for Gwi Ju, Da Hee still chose the worse option - thinking that it would be better for him to be alive while she will disappear (if Gwi Ju won't be able to save her in the past) than her own disappearance. It was a selfless act *in their case*, in my opinion. It's so cruel for the three of them, though, so even I am somehow upset with what happened, but after all, who would just watch someone they love die early, despite knowing what the future holds and has the ability do something?
+ Yi Na has the right to know, though it may not be the best timing when she found out but even things like that happen in real life. The situation called for it, so Yi Na had to know at that moment.
I don't know how will I spend my Mondays and Tuesdays now that Lovely Runner have finished airing...🫠 This drama will forever hold a place in my heart. 💗
I dont know why, but KHY's voice doesnt bother me, i thought she is cute but when it comes with China's Yu Shuxin's…
As much as I love Esther, I can't blame you if you dislike her voice. It's your preference after all, but as for me, I'm totally okay with it. Hye Yoon's voice never bothered me as well.
I don't know but Gwi Ju's time-travelling years ago (when the fire happened) felt weird, yet works for me. The "your past is my future" seemed to make sense even just with one timeline. I'm just a little bit confused now as to how that scene took place, even if Gwi Ju and Da Hee are not related in the past, and how will they make it make sense. The show's plot is well-written so far, and the built up of characters and their relationship dynamics are a chef's kiss as well. Looking forward to how things will unfold!
can't I just snatch Tae Sung away and run!? he's such a well-written second male lead, a handsome green flag with many charms ughhh Sun Jae is all yours Sol-ah but let me take Tae Sung away 😜
A fast-paced and very bingeable death/survival game, showing the depths of human darkness, greed and desperation.Focused…
Yep, it focused more on depiction of the participants' struggles and mentality rather than their development and background. Maybe this is why this show lacks a little bit for me, because the character's background is important to see where their actions are coming from, which we only saw in 1st and 6th floor but not to the rest of the characters (especially 8th floor).
Why 7.7 ? It's awesome! The story is well written, not bored like most of the dramas over 8. Don't get it. Even…
There are still some questions left unanswered for us who neither love nor hate it. How does the higher ups convinced 7th floor just like that? How could he endure to see them suffer like that (even if he knew the lower floors were already up to something), if he's on their side? He could've suggested to stop the bat beating, 'cause it was also deadly and there should be no one to die. Also, everyone shared pain and all except 8th floor? 4th floor got her tooth plugged, 6th floor got his nails plugged, but nothing happened to her? Her background also don't justify her psychopatic behaviors...
The plot twists, some good monologues and realizations were a delight to watch for me, but there are many times and aspects where the series fall short, like the characters' depth and decision-making and the way how some things went. They could've done better.
Despite that, I also think that 7.7 is quite lower than expected. It's 8 for me.
I think, this is finally the time that we can say Sol's "dumb" plan to save Sun Jae is actually never "dumb" at all in any way. If they are really supposed to succumb to fate in the end, then it was just like she unintentionally "delayed" their meet-up for the best, because meeting Sun Jae earlier would meant repeating the history (even though the taxi driver had nothing to do with Sol in the future). I love how Episode 15 wrapped up. There are still some questions in my mind, but I will leave it to Episode 16 for now, and badly expects a happy ending. Please, please have a happy ending, SolJae!
I can see why some may enjoy this show. This show will never get the same type of mainstream recognition (like…
Same thoughts, there are some remarkable monologues on the first half of the show, it really depicted the microcosm of the society. However, when the violence got too excessive, it started to get a bit disappointing because the plot seems pointing to nowhere. I guess, I'll try completing it soon 'cause my perspective might change once I finished watching.
As much as I can't wait for the last 2 episodes, I'm also a but hesitant to wait for Monday and Tuesday, knowing damn well that this drama would come to an end. 😭 Can't they add like even just 2 special episodes, with a happy marriage life and kids if ever those kind of scenes won't fit in the ending that directornim / writernim originally planned? We need them sooo bad, 'cause we surely won't easily be able to get over this drama! 🥹
It's just too unbearable to imagine how painful it is when Sol did her best to be out of Sun Jae's sight, while keeping all the memories they spent together in all timelines... Can't help but bawl my eyes out again after rewatching Ep14, when she met and even interacted with him a few times lately, she can't help but want to see him again and just allows herself to silently miss him. 🫠
Sol's love is so selfless. I can't grasp why some people don't understand the reset that she has done, all I know is that it would take a lot of courage to push away one's beloved, and she's really brave for that. Even just the thought of breaking up with them would already hurt too much, but Sol and Sun Jae never even broke up yet she had to stay away from him and keep their memories all to herself. How could she bear those? 😭
Some of the questions I have that's left unanswered. May I ask you guys to help me sort out these, incase I just missed the clues?
ORIGINAL TIMELINE • Before the time travels, why did RSJ wanted to retire and have anxiety pills, which made most of us thought that his cause of death was depression just like what the manager said on the news? If he was killed, why did they concealed the truth, if he was actually killed by KYS? There might not be enough clues if it was suicide or not, but they were fast on giving conclusion to the media. On the contrary, they disclosed the real situation in the 2nd present timeline, when he was stabbed.
1ST PRESENT TIME TRAVEL • After the first time travel back to the present, why did Sol went back in her original position (laying at the stream) and stayed unconscious the whole time in her present body - only at this time? Then, she went back on different times after all the other time-travels?
2ND PRESENT TIME TRAVEL • Grandma surely knew all the time travels. She's the one who holds Sun Jae's watch, and seems to give hints to Sol. So far, Sol haven't questioned her until the 4th present time-travel. Is she the reason to their time-travels, or is she the key for their fate to be entangled forever?
4TH PAST TIME TRAVEL • How come Sol remembered the new past without going back yet to the present? So far, she only remembered a bit of her past in the new present after some things happen which are related to them. Except for the place, what could have triggered those memories which have not yet happened to her (as far as she knew)? • How did Sol also time-travelled? Sun Jae was the only one who's wearing the watch, and it already activated before she pressed the button. Does it mean anyone who press the button can also possibly travel back in time, even though they were not the ones wearing the watch?
Hoping these all made sense. I won't mark it as a spoiler, for these are just some questions regarding the current events which we have seen so far. Thank you for reading!
I actually prefer that the first 6 episodes focuses more on the psychological aspect, rather than romance. It was better for me, given that the female leads' backstory isn't something that must be a stepping stone for the leads' love to bloom. I hope they would fix things out first, like improving the father-daughter relationship and Yi Na somehow becoming the bridge to connect all the dots and for Gwi Ju to see Da Hee's bit of sincerity. I also wanted to see Yi Na and Dong Hee's growth. So far, I'm loving this show.
I just watched ep 4 and I can't get why Yi Na had to called him a jerk. I know, she didn't want to make the girl…
It was a slip of a tounge. I think she just said whatever she thinks would please the girl, and he wasn't there anyways (as far as she knew that time), so she said that. To a person like I-na (and me before), we could go that far because of the fear to be neglected.
