watching ep 23 wanyin why are you so stubborn? she shouldn't have gone out she risked her safety and the safety…
It only made sense, to be honest. She had always been an emphatic person, and that side of her had been shown multiple times. Not going there would be out of character, considering she doesn't see those ministers as merely 2D characters—they're people whom she shared a bond with. It's not that she didn't listen or think, it's because she cares more than anything. She cares for the person who unjustly died, and not going to the funeral will be "disrespecting" the deceased. Also, as she said, she didn't thought it will be THAT dangerous (and I think it's because since Prince Duan is hiding that time, so she might've thought he won't just pop out of nowhere, and besides, she has skilled personal guards coming with her).
Saying "especially" FLs was quite harsh, ngl... I know you might have not purposely look down on FLs, but saying that means looking down on females in general. It's always women who people are pissed off about, but when a ML or any male (especially a handsome one) did the same thing, barely anyone says anything.
I've only seen two of Hu Yi Xuan's dramas, though I wasn't able to finish both. But I dare say her portrayal of XYE stands out more among them so far. Her excellent microexpressions conveyed what her character really feels, I can't help but symphatize with her and root for her. She deserves recognition too!
If these 2D characters act based on the book's plot, how did A Bai's Master found out that YWY and XHD are from different dimensions?
I know that the solid thing about the novel was how the characters are described—they all stay true to their personalities, so the series of events can change but their aspirations remain the same. As for the Master, I'm wondering why he performed a divination to both XHD and YWY in the first place and how did he find out they are not from their world, when his course of actions are somehow predestined? Being the best in divination in the book is one thing and being able to do a real divination while following the book's plot is another thing. Is this also what XYE calls Butterfly Effect? Does the novel's plot move according to a character's own wishes while unknowingly rewriting their fate? AAAAA
I can't wait 'til the story unfolds! Hopefully, there will be no plot holes and the questions in our minds will soon be answered.
Poor young XHD, Zhang San, he must have been so traumatized. His whole body trembled with eyes shaking, witnessing…
My only question is, why did the ML actually transmigrated 15 years ago and how was he stucked in the novel for THAT long? Does the time in the real world stop as they transmigrated in the book, or does both time run but the novel's is faster? Is the time in the real world still the same as when they both transmigrated to when they will go back?
Also, didn't he ever try to think of the possibility that "death" in the novel might bring him back to his own world? Or hasn't he ever thought of that before? Or he already thought of those but chose to stay for the "greater good"?
Poor young XHD, Zhang San, he must have been so traumatized. His whole body trembled with eyes shaking, witnessing everything at such a young age. My heart sank as I saw how scared and helpless he was—experiencing real pain and emotional turmoil despite being fully aware that he was "just" in a novel. 😭😭😭
Oh man, ML story has become emotional.... He's stuck decade ago?! No wonder he cry when the FL say HOW ARE YOUThe…
What do you mean that her character development is 2D? Because so far, her character when she first transmigrated in the book was still the same as it was until now. We also saw more to her character, especially her emphatic and humane side, and I don't think those characteristics can be described as 2D.
I need some help, please.I was so looking forward to this drama! But I am still only on episode 4 and still not…
Maybe you'll get hooked at Ep6. But if it's already Ep8 and you still can't get hooked, you may consider dropping or not. This might not be for you, which of course is totally fine. 😊
I was watching ep 6 and i have a question: both main leads trust each other but why they are not communicating…
Initially, I've also thought of that. Then, I realized that that time, even though there is a possibility that all four might be transmigrators, there is still a conflict of interest with the characters they're playing. ML and FL confessing to the other two (the main leads of the novel) was like walking straight into the fiery pit, since their characters in the novel are hating each other. Thus, making sure of their identities and having similar interests comes first.
Since the FL got to know the ML first, and she also know that the ML is also just supporting character who has a tragic fate, she put her bet to him and believed they can really work together to survive. But the other two is different, and you'll find out in the next episodes why.
nooo, why did he made up a story instead of telling the truth right away? the original reason wasn't even that bad—who will blame a kid for transmigrating not due to his own will??? it will just make things worse in the future. i'm not afraid to see angsty confrontation scenes, i just don't want unnecessary drama that may drag the whole show in the next episodes.
So far, Xiahou Bo is one of the strongest ML character in a novel that I've seen so far. He truly embodied a ML, where the world (the novel) is moving according to his own will. With that said, the latest episode kept me pondering—is he a real person in a sense that he is also a transmigrator who lives in the real world, or in a sense that even as a 2D character, he has his own mind and so the novel will naturally work in his favor?
I wish it will be the latter option, because 3 of them are already transmigrators so adding another one in the main casts might somehow lessen the fun in the plot. Anyways, we're still in Ep6 yet many interesting twists already occured. It was a refreshing start, good job How Dare You team! 👊🏼
THIS IS A MAJOR SPOILER SO PROCEED ONLY IFUWThe synopsis is correct, but that certain info should not be there.…
Thay was a good plot twist, I don't mind it! Rather, I'm actually looking forward to how the revelations will take place and if they will be convincing enough.
Is the synopsis somehow incorrect? Because so far, the description about XHD doesn't seem to be accurate—he transmigrated the same time as YWY. Or is there a different (or hidden) plot in the novel?
Also, can anyone explain why the title is How Dare You?
