I want to watch this, especially considering how HOT HOT HOT the main lead boy looks, but I don't know... I feel like a drama where I know the two people in love with each other aren't going to end up together isn't worth me watching all 59 episodes. Is that part of the storyline satisfying?
Does this mean this is already airing? Where can I find it? I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE! The Chinese movie was phenomenal, and I'd love to see a drama version of this.
Just finished this. Wow, I must say that I have never marathoned such a long drama in such a short amount of time. I literally finished this drama in less than 3 days, and that's while also watching my currently airing episodes of other dramas. This was a very very good drama, and very pretty. I really enjoyed it.
Why is Arang even on the top 3, nevermind being #1...
It was a good drama on paper, but realistically it was mildly terrible.
I don't think I agree with the majority of these.
To anybody that's watched this, I have to say- did anyone else notice very slight plot holes? I mean, I'm on the 14th episode right now, but I find that sometimes they forget about things.
This may be a bit spoilery.
The cricket arc- they completely forget about Flying General after the bowl he was in gets wiped off the table.
The poisoned medicine arc- the Old Master Bao dude is underneath the table, where he was told to wait, and then the building explodes? The 4 are safe, but what happened to him? And because of the way that the episodes drop you in the middle of storylines, you never really get a good idea of how the last one ended.
Maybe that's just my opinion. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying this drama so far.
This seems a bit odd, especially for a drama. But I'm guessing it'll be good. I mean, I feel like no matter what, Kim Soo Hyun will be able to pull it off. Maybe I'm putting too much faith into him, no? Ah well, a fangirl will do what a fangirl will do.
Generally, age differences don't bother me at all. It's a completely nonexistent thing for me in My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, even if she did look those 3 years older- it's only 3 years. Come on. But I don't know, even in Moon that Embraces the Sun, I didn't really notice that she didn't look her age. But I understand where the author is coming from. But, however, out of the ones I've seen in this article, I really must disagree with one of them. And that's Personal Preference. It was obvious that there was an age difference in that, yes, but it's really part of the overall charm of the drama. It was perfect casting, in my opinion, because that's just accepted as the dynamics of their relationship- he goes with the 'older' woman. I found that it worked. Even if she did look older than she usually does in that drama, for some odd reason...
Anywho, this was a good article!
This isn't really a spoiler, so I won't tag it as such for someone that might need to be warned.
This is quite a good drama. I liked it a lot. There wasn't too much character development, but it had a cute romance and a solid and interesting plot. There is a lot of eye candy. There is also some pretty nice music, if that's your thing. Overall, I recommend it.
^ What I would say if I'd never watched the last 2 episodes.
But, since I did, indeed, watch the last 2 episodes, this is me having a heart to heart plea with you; don't do it. Don't waste your time. Unless you're really desperate, and I mean REALLY, don't waste your time on a drama that has an ending that could easily be topped by a 3rd grader, story wise.
'one of the four most handsome men in ancient Chinese history'? Erm, I don't know if he's all THAT handsome -_-"

I only agree with the You're Beautiful one, and that's just because I need something to make up for Lee Hong Ki being sad. But for all the other ones- Hana Kimi, BoF, 49 Days, Innocent Man... some of those dramas have some of my most favourite endings ever.
Mainly, 49 Days and Innocent Man. They had awesome endings.
That should work :)
