I think GS will quicker become couple with Bom, before Seri and BS. Seri and BS will be an epic drama. They will be the last couple for me. When GS and Seri will know they are brother and sister? After GS/Bom and Seri/BS couples will be done deal? Or maybe after GS/Bom couple and before Seri/BS couple?

You can see the difference between Seri and Bom , who went far away just to see DS in the hospital. And Seri probably never thought of visiting HG , even when he had very easy military service. They could have so many dates in the hospital and his hospital office. If she loved him, nothing could have stopped her from visiting him.

In the preview Chun Su is looking for Mi Sun in hospital. I guess she is sick and he will have to care about her.

I don't think he was that bad to her. He listened her story and was respectful. As you said he was calm. He also didn't answer her question , if he never felt anything for her.
