I am not psychiatrist, but I think Gyeol behavior is not the right one if you find that your mother is not your mother. I think in that case the child will cling to his mother more and will not push her away afraid it could be abandoned. But as we know Gyeol is very spoiled kid, and his behavior is made to match the drama direction. Which is BS. Why will he even go to Mujin all the time?? Another BS. BS after BS make 50 episodes.
