Out of curiosity, is anyone rewatching the drama at the moment? I'm just torn as to whether I should rewatch it…
For a while I re-watched ep.6 because I felt the defector mother's pain. re-watched it very often.... So I guess for me, I'll revisit certain episodes. re EAW, 16 hours is a lot. I re-watched Reset a couple of times, except near the end. Today's Webtoon or If You Wish Upon Me might be another drama to watch to keep the pumped feelings. Don't know your tastes. Sorry.
omygod hard same HAHAHA like gurlll so we just be out in the open liking the tactician now just because you knew…
If you asked my wife, there are lots of faults that I still have. But I have changed much for her. It may not be the power of love, but sticking together and accepting each other that has made me better. We are still together as we enter our 70s. Take care and thank you.
I have not watched recent eps, but seeing so many people say "I don't care about the court cases, only the romance"…
Junebug, this is a reply about you comment about cases vs romance. I'm not contradicting what you said but wrote this to show how I view any drama.
I agree with you, but the heart goes where the heart goes. Many want a happy ending. I will stop watching if I know if it doesn't have a happy ending. My time and my heart. Sorry. I'm not complaining, though.
So did they just completely drop the storyline about Minwoo trying to make Young Woo quit so he can work at Taesan…
I'm satisfied with Min Woo and Choi's blossoming relationship. He has committed some pretty dirty things in earlier episodes. But even back then I could guess that he wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth like Choi and Seok and Hanbada, nor be seen as benefiting from special treatment like he thinks Woo has, deservedly or not. His character was written to show that part of society who resents the way that society has changed and feels that it has changed to their detriment. You can see it in reactionary forces around the world. Min Woo's character was saddled with all of the negative things in office politics, partly because the Seok team was so small. You have the good boss, the good co-worker, and Woo. So Min Woo got stuck with doing all of the dirty deeds to keep the others pure. One thing not commented on is that Min Woo standing up to give the final statement protects Choi as Jang can't solely blame her. I choose to remember that.
the incompetence of the senior lawyer really baffled me. even if they want to make Yeong Woo a genius and him…
Rather than incompetence, think of it as ego and NIH. (Not invented here) (Cutting of the nose to spite the face.) Jang looked out for his a** first and couldn't accept juniors who came up with better ideas, especially if he wasn't controlling the situation.
I think I will watch season 2 if Attorney Woo joins Lawyer Ryu and then they will handle lots of interesting cases…
I understand where you're coming from. That was my feeling at the end of Ryu's episode. But after letting the thought settle in and then thinking about it, Hanbada gives a wider range of cases and personalities, both good and bad that you would not get in Ryu's office. She would not have ended up defending a evil CEO like the patent case. I would love to see Ryu having her own series. Their laughter warms this old heart. The two plaintiffs could work with her.
Not Minwoo changing because Suyeon said what kind of guy she likes π€¦π»ββοΈ
There is a look that I've only seen once or twice in my life. It's the look in a woman's eyes that shows that she respects you. Respects from the heart, respects that's organic. If you've seen it, you may know what I mean. A student's mother looked at me like that. You don't want to disappoint that person. So Minwoo would do that to protect that love.
I don't get it. Her father made a deal with CEO Han to destroy Tae Sumi? He knew all along and he went through…
He made a deal for Woo to be used one time. It could be argued the he knew it would be against Tae Su-mi. It could also be argued that he didn't think through the implications of how Woo would be used. It was not stated clearly in the earlier episode. But he should have understood the implications. Looks like the Mother might go down to protect her son, like a mother whale.
I'm enjoying it. The FL looks boyish and chunky like a female judoist. I don't mind her positive attitude. That's why I'm enjoying this show. Considering what looms ahead for the webtoon team, Kwon is positioning himself not to have his heart torn out and life devastated if it happens, like it did at Gingertoon. I wish he were better and someone stepped up to help him.
Take care and thank you.

Tae Su-mi's current husband was the boyfriend that she stole from Hanbada CEO. Look at the deleted ep. 8 scene.
