Agreed! I thought it started out well. Then something suddenly happened with the writing, the plot, everything! Not to mention all of the ads! What were the producers thinking? Answer: pretty-faced boys will sell anything, even a terrible story! LMFAO!
This series was ok. Nothing really special. However, what might have made it go up a notch is to see Boat and Oat occasionally switch roles (Oat is top/Boat is bottom) just like in "real" lgbtq+ relationships! I'm sure Oat/Jun would like to occasionally use his pen*s on Boat's/Sorn's ann*s too! LMFAO!!
IMO, this is one of the best dramas that Off and Gun have had since Not Me. Burnout Syndrome is gritty, adult, occasionally dark, and very sexy. The characters and plot seem just so real. I'm loving every moment of it!
Geez! Is anything "good" going to happen in this series? It's like I said, BLs don't have to have a happy ending. But having ep. after ep. be so depressing, it brings you down.
This is one of the most depressing series I've watched in quite a while. I realize that not all BLs have happy endings. But this one doesn't seem to have a happy beginning or even a happy middle. LMFAO! Also, how many times will the series use the "drugged and raped" trope in one series! Geez! Other than the cuteness of the actors, I can't truly understand why or how it has a rating of 7.9? LOL!
I'm actually liking this series. It shows the continuous growth of Pon and Phuwin since their "Fish Upon the Sky" days. I'm especially liking how Pond's character is really wacky in this series instead of the sullen characters he's played with Phuwin before.
You know? For Winny and Satang's first outing in a series in which they were the main characters, it was not bad. It wasn't great. But it was enjoyable, and their chemistry was good. Hopefully, their next project is just as good or even better.
