I wish they would upload all episodes to the official Youtube and add subs so we don't have to go to unofficial…
It will be wonderful if they do that, but looking at how the Japanese entertainment industry works, I think the possibility is rather low. International fans has never been the market focus of Japanese drama/movie and there also might be copyright issue for distributing it for free on Youtube. Even EP1 on Youtube is only temporary and will be taken down in April 2021, that's how strict they are. So we can only hope that it can be bought legally by other platform for overseas distribution just like KKTV in Taiwan. But just cross our fingers that maybe a miracle will happen :)

Taiwan knows good stuff. They got the license long before it was aired. And the pirated version is also very popular…
Yes, it's also already so popular in China and been on the top popular drama list in Douban for more than 2 weeks, beating other current popular domestic and overseas dramas which is very impressive for a BL drama. I can understand the frustration of the Chinese fans, they love this show so much but there is no way to legally support it since it will never be licensed in China due to the BL theme..

I think I've found the most wholesome comment section/show/audience ever. I'm loving this energy like damn I haven't…
Welcome to Cherry Magic club! Yes, I agree with you. The show is such a gentle and sweet one so I guess it spreads to the fans and comments here? I hope this atmosphere can continue until the end :)

After watching the episode with proper translation the conversation between Adachi and Fujisaki hit me so hard!…
I share exactly the same opinion as yours. I saw some fans saying that this episode is like a filler, which I totally disagree. There is only 12 episode with less than 30 mins each, where can they find time for fillers?? and this is a story about 30yo virgin, not a high-school or university student-virgin! So of course they have to deal with real-life adult issues, in this case pressure to get married from family and society.

In fact, this episode is very well-received in Japan, the official hashtag #チェリまほ was trending after the show broadcast. Fujisaki resonates well with a lot of modern Japanese single professional women and many of them shares the same perspective as hers. I really have to applaud the screenwriter here. She explained that she deliberately changed the character of Fujisaki from manga and gave her more personalities so that she won't appear as a two-dimensional fujoshi like in manga. Now she represents many Japanese women and it makes this show more meaningful and has potentiality to reach wider audience than just BL fans.

FYI, this drama is licensed in Taiwan and currently streaming on KKTV platform. If you understand Mandarin and can access the platform, you can watch it there. It's very popular in Taiwan and currently ranked no 1 with full score rating in that platform. There are news that it will be licensed in Thailand too, but so far no more update. I'm so jealous of Taiwan and Thailand fans!!

Machida looks soft in casual wear or maybe it's the editing or both lol
After watching several of his interview and shows videos, I feel that Machida is a bit like Kurosawa himself. He is polite, soft-spoken and has gentle aura. No wonder he is the perfect cast for Kurosawa :)

I admit I am surprised by the popular/unpopular binary criticism because I felt the drama did a good job of deconstructing…
I totally agree with you, and I think Ep4 is definitely a turning point for Adachi's character growth. He realizes that everyone is actually not very different from him with their own worries and anxieties, but what most important is like Kurosawa said " Rather than not doing anything, I will do whatever I can". So even someone like him is also able to do something. By using the magic, he is able to understand other people's feelings and draws strength from them.
It is also very important point in terms of his future relationship with Kurosawa since he needs to address his own insecurities first before being able to face Kurosawa's feelings and stand with him on the equal level.

Hey guys, so i noticed a few people shared a link to this channel https://m.youtube.com/user/akagangstakid/videos…
I saw that one too, at first I thought it was official channel since it used the Japanese name and characters, but apparently the owner just changed it recently to take advantage of the show's popularity. And the raw videos are getting a LOT of views which is very unfair as your mentioned, hopefully the copyright owner will strike them as soon as possible. Irozuku released their subs fairly quickly also so even though it's still illegal at least they are not taking any benefit from it, which is better than those freeloaders.

The subs are hilariously lol not perfect at all but can get a gist what the characters are saying
The subs are kinda messy lol, important points could be easily lost in translation.. I suggest you wait for Irozuku subs since they are the best one so far in my opinion.

Alright I'm not that good in Japanese either but just in case there are no other replies I'll make a summary of…
After watching it again, let me make a little correction. Adachi didn't agree to help Fujisaki to pretend as his boyfriend, but he agreed to meet her mom (if necessary) and tell her that her daughter is working hard end enjoying herself everyday so her mom doesn't need to worry. Adachi is such a lovely baby~ :)

Is there any way for international fans to support this series aside from buying the manga (which I already did)
You can directly support by watching it through TVer: https://tver.jp/
They upload all the episodes there (raw version) and the view will count towards the show's ranking. You need a VPN Japan though, and it can be watched on their website and their apps. It works fine with me and I watch the raw episodes there to help the show's ranking as well.

Alright I'm not that good in Japanese either but just in case there are no other replies I'll make a summary of…
If I may add to your excellent synopsis, the colleagues suggested that Adachi helps Fujisaki to pretend as his boyfriend when her mom comes to visit her. Adachi was reluctant at first but at the end he decides to help her. Towards the end, Adachi seems to find his courage to take initiative, move forward and not just being a passerby and stand still like he always did before. That's why at the end of the episode he decides to help Kurosawa facing the angry client. I guess in this episode we see the development in Adachi's character, he becomes more brave and being less hesitant.
My Japanese is already very rusty, but hopefully I got the point right.
