Whats with your last line lol. Shouldn't have put your ideals in your review? Like how are we watching the drama if we don't have realism and idealism of life and relate it to the drama itself. Start up is not a fantasy drama of course we gonna relate with lots of it in real life situations. You are childish saying people narrow minded for writing a review and trying to make out a teenager v adult comparison is as insult is low and childish. You could have attack her points when you are defending the series but here you are assuming things to invalidate her review.
PG13 just meant parental guidance below 13. Meaning all ages can see the show but for children age below 13 there needs a parental guidance which is true because the show has violence element in it. You are misunderstanding the target audience as well.
I would recommend this series to people but honestly there is nothing wrong with her review and it reflect the reason why so many have drop the series halfway and reason why even people who have completed the series saying that it is not worth it. That is how review is. If you want to see rainbow and colours in every drama why bother having a review section in the first place. Who would know what drama is good what drama is bad.

I agree with you on the writer mistake. It was a mistake by the writer and also the cast team because seonho did so well(with his adlibs and also emotions he conveyed) . This drama with the same plot will probably would be better if HJP is not written as attractive or the actor is not as good.(though i still think the major reason people dislike the show is because of the inconsistency of the leads character, dosan and dalmi charater and how badly dosan is written. (So even if HJP is not played by seonho or HJP character not as attractive, criticism over the drama will still happen).
The ending is cliche but it is more like they just throw the character away last minute because they don't know how to give him a proper ending because he is being used as a tool in the love triangle agenda to fill the 16 episodes. If the writer wanted dodal endgame they should have ended the love triangle much earlier. I agree everyone has proper evolution (I think dalmi is devolution lol from dreams to facts to dreams again. Dalmi can do that because she is protagonist in drama land with sandbox helping her if she falls but in real life that character development is such a letdown) But at least the characters has happy endings. It left the viewers unsatisfied because no proper closure was given to the HJP character.
Only NJH and suzy(dodal team) fans. But let's be real other than them, people love seonho because he did steal the show even when he is just a second lead. And kdrama fans have been simping over seonho that even dodal fans at one point hated Big kdrama accounts on twitter because they alwyas hype HJP.

Most men in my country support HJP and dosan supporters are mainly women. But Jipyeong supporters are like much more than dosan(men & women). Though it would be nice if only the later part of the drama is actually good because locals can be so brutal with their comments haha.
I'm actually quite surprised with how popular and huge start up is in my country and how popular Jipyeong is among the locals especially men. The show ended but people are still tweeting about jipyeong and alternate ending lol. I guess this is all thanks to netflix.

Nah HJP doesn't have that much screentime, the only one that he has more is episode 1 when dosan was not introduce yet. Injae is like a cameo, she is a main lead you know. If the drama promote them 4 as main lead should have been more fair but it is all romance between the 2 leads + the samasan tech(what worse no chemistry between them so it kinda force the audience to sit through it).
To everyone who wants to watch the show, I highly recommend you to watch. The show actually decent and you will love the early episodes. Eventhough the plot is messy you will find finishing the show. Your preference will determine whether you will fast forward the episodes or not(cause I did lol) but I really like the whole show objectively and imo disliking the characters or loving the characters is actually the charm of the show.

Watch it because Han Ji Pyeong is so fun to watch. if you like Kim seonho, han Ji pyeong would make you love him more lots of people become his fans because of his character potrayal. The early episodes are also great of of the best pilot ep. You can drop halfway if you think it is bad but personally I would recommend you to watch the early episodes.
