Overall, I don't find this drama attractive to me. What people love about this drama is actually the casts, which I do agree since I watched finish this drama because of Woobin and more. However, the story plot is just simply too boring, or should I say, common. It is just a normal story of a poor girl who falls in love with a rich guy and together, they faced problems due to the difference in their social status. Furthermore, they focused too much on the main leads that there is not enough space for the other casts like Haneul, Hyungsik, Krystal and Minhyuk to elaborate more on their characters.
However, on the other hand, I like the acting especially Woobin's. The part when he reunites with his mother just simply touched me - the only scene I cried throughout the whole show.
In conclusion, I won't find this drama that worth to watch unless you are a fan of any of the main casts.

One of the recent Taiwanese dramas that isn't as draggy as others. Totally enjoying myself when watching this drama till the end.
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE DRAMA: The casts of course! Well, I won't really rate the actors and actresses a very high score because they don't really show their acting potential through the drama. But I was totally attracted by the male lead's smile throughout the show, as well as his personality. I don't think I will ever seen a guy like that in real life! I will definitely give a high rating for the plot. The story was really nicely plotted with no draggy parts (well maybe one or two episodes in between) and how they actually not go off the way like other dramas. Overall, it is really a drama that can make people smile all the time without any frustrations. (:
WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THE DRAMA: However, I was slightly disappointed with the ending even though it was a very happy one. I mean, they can show more progress between the two leads or maybe the relationship between Kaiqi and Ah Jie's family or even with Xiao Yi (haven't been seeing him for quite a few episodes though!).
In conclusion, it is one of the top recent dramas that is really worth watching, as Taiwan dramas nowadays are really getting boring or draggy with no new story plots. (: And and and, if you really want to watch a drama with cute male lead with an attractive smile with dimples. ;D

I am writing the first review for this drama and I guess not many people knows about this drama because it is shown around 10 years ago. So well, I guess not many people will be reading this review but still, I have the urge of writing it.
I watched this show when I was in primary school, but I didn't understand the drama. However, I don't know why I could still remember this drama until now. I began to rewatch this drama a year ago and started to understand the whole story plot. And I can say that this drama has made a big impact on me. Westside Story is basically a drama about friendship and youth. If you are only about romance, sorry I guess this drama won't fulfill your appetite.
Each episode pulls me closer to understanding of happiness. Why am I always not satisfied with my life? Why am I always being afraid of many things? Why why why. This drama taught me something. Only facing your problem is the only way that makes you happy. There is a sentence I loved from the drama and here's the translation "Only forget can make you happy, escaping from reality won't solve the problem. However, in order to learn how to forget, we need to learn these four things - face it, accept it, overcome it, let it go." This particular sentence make me reflect alot alot. I am just an ordinary teenager with so many worries, so many obstacles yet to overcome. But this drama made an impact on my life. To face those problems positively. If not, what is the meaning of living on with so many obstacles around you? P.S: I might have been out of topic but I am just writing out my true feelings for this show.
This drama is truly one of the masterpieces I have watched because it motivates and inspires you alot, it makes you think alot. If you are still a teenager, this drama is really highly recommended because it teaches you about life.
I love the songs also, they are songs that are so magical. Why do I say so? After watching the drama, I can't resist but to play those songs over and over again especially ?? ?? and ??. Even if you happen to chance upon these songs, you will have the feeling of rewatching the show again. HAHAHA okay I guess I am exaggerating but this really happen to me.
I am really glad that SETTV has produced such a good drama. Well should I say, SETTV has been producing good dramas over the years such as Autumn's Concerto, Fated To Love You, The Prince Who Turned Into A Frog. Sadly the dramas produced by this channel these days have been receiving lower ratings due to the poor story plot. I really hope Taiwan dramas could produce more interesting story plots. AND I REALLY MISS 5566!!!

This drama is truly a masterpiece, I swear.
Every single cast in this drama portrayed their character very well (well, probably not Yoo In Na's character because I do find her character slightly weak in this drama).
At first, I watched this drama because of Kim Soohyun as I am a fan of him ever since Dream High. I'd never expect this drama to be so awesome after I read the story plot which is totally unrealistic.
However, this drama touches me. Especially the frozen-time-kiss scene. I cried numerous times because of the love of Do Minjoon to Cheon Songyi which totally touched me.
I love how he actually protects her by trying to push her away before he realised this hurts Songyi more, and then finding ways to stay with her forever. Even if he gets hurt, he'd never want Songyi to get hurt instead.
I also feel the warmth in Songyi's family, especially her father. Even though the other family members bicker all the time, I can see how much they care for one another, especially Yoonjae to his noona. It's just so cute to see him caring for her like this.
As well as Hwi Kyung. Oh yes, I really love how he loves Songyi by protecting her always. I love how realistic he is when he knows that loving someone doesn't mean you cannot let go of that person. He is really one of the best second-male-lead-character I have ever seen. Why is Songyi so lucky to have so many guys around her protecting her?! -jealous-
Furthermore, this is the MOST LEGAL ROM-COM DRAMA I have ever seen in my life.
Almost every single episode is funny, yet romantic at the same time - a drama I have ever wanted to watch.
The OSTs made this drama simply perfect. Although I wished that the production crew could play Hyorin's Hello in more episodes. The OSTs especially Lyn's My Destiny made me think back how much both of the leads love each other, willing to sacrifice anything just to be with each other.
Awwwwww I do want to watch again and again and I really don't mind buying the DVD. (:

Just finished the drama and all I can say is a really good story plot and a perfect ending. How do I define perfect ending? An ending in which all the threads are untied without any knots left hanging - all the mysteries in this story plot were unfolded perfectly.
I was actually impressed by Hongki's acting from the start till the end of the drama. Usually I do not have high expectations on dramas in which kpop idols are involved in the main casts. However, Lee Hongki showed me his impressive acting which made me awed.
Yang Jin Sung also awed me with her acting skills because she could actually show her emotions very well. Acting two totally different characters at a time is really difficult, yet she could portrayed the two characters perfectly and made me loving the sunny Doorim while hating the dull Yikyung at the same time.
What I didn't really like about the drama - I wasn't really convinced about the part when KangJu was suddenly so in love with DooRim in episode 6-7. They didn't show how KangJu starts to think of her everytime and how he has already regard her as part of his life. I mean, is like, I can't really imagine how he actually from disliking to loving DooRim.
What I love about this drama - The numerous story plot twists in almost every single episode. Thus I was kept wide awake from the start of the drama till the end, without even giving me time to breathe at all. The story plot isn't draggy too.
I love the character development especially KangJu. A cold guy who was afraid of loving people, who only cared about himself and the company, to a warm person who is willing to take the risk for the woman he has loved wholeheartedly, to someone who is willing to sacrifice the company for his loved ones. Roo Mi is another one whom has changed drastically, from someone who is very selfish to someone who is willing to give up her loved one.
I would highly recommend this drama and I should say that this drama is one of the best story plots I have watched in 2014. (:

Healer is really an unexpectedly amazing drama, because I really didn't expect it to be as nice as I imagined it to be initially! It's a drama that don't draws your attention just by watching first or second episode, but you will get hooked eventually as you continue watching.
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS DRAMA: HOLY MOLY CAN I JUST SPAZZ ABOUT THE SOUNDTRACKS FIRST?! The OSTs are super duper perfect - they just fit into those scenes whenever they are played! I got myself grooving along the songs especially Eternal Love. And I have got to say this song really has got the power that makes me feel like crying whenever it is played. (":
Okay, moving on, yes the casts. Even those villains are really great because they make us hate them so much especially that annoying Secretary Oh HAHAHA! And I'd really want to compliment Ji Chang Wook for his acting skills! I admit that it is really my first time watching his drama and one word - DAEBAK! His facial expressions really tells it all how he feels - especially the scene when he wanted to cry but had to hold it in. )': The actress played as Choi Myung Hee is another one I would like to praise. She just somehow attracts my attention because of how she could actually portray the character very well, making me want to love her yet pity her at the same time! Hope to see her in future dramas! (:
And yup, the story plot is what that makes this drama receiving so many likes! EVERY SINGLE EPISODE IS JUST FULL OF EXCITEMENT, TENSION... YEAH JUST 20 STRONG AMAZING EPISODES. Really expected a few episodes to be draggy like some dramas, but it really didn't happen.
WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THE DRAMA: Hmmm... I would have to say that the ending was really a rushed one though. They didn't show what happen to Ahjumma and MyungHee and other small characters which was slightly disappointing.
Overall, really worth watching drama. And please don't compare with City Hunter because it is definitely and way different! Honestly, this drama attracts my attention more than watching City Hunter. OKAY I AM HAVING WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS NOW ):

Just watched the last episode and I knew the ending will turn out like this. Many people might be shocked by the decision made by Liu Chuan, but I actually find that it is the best way to end the story. Yes I am extremely supportive with Liu Chuan and Jia En couple, which is also why I am glad that Liu Chuan has made such decision. This shows how much he has loved her, this shows how much he wanted her to have freedom, and this is the real Liu Chuan we know. Furthermore, the purpose of this drama is not romance, it is to learn the real meaning of freedom. But I am still quite dissatisfied of the ending as it seems quite rushed. It doesn't show what happen to the casts after a year, we can't get a single clue of whether they have learnt and found their own freedom.
Overall, the story plot was satisfying. It was quite rare to have a 90s era drama. I love how the crew made much effort to set up the scenes in the 1990s, like the beepers, the watches and especially the songs. Listening to the soundtracks just make us recall our childhood times, ahhhh nostalgia. Even the actors and actresses portrayed their own characters very well - I could actually see the development of many characters, how much they had matured from episode 1 till the last episode, especially Ren Wei. I love him more and more when I used to find him annoying in the first few episodes.
Nevertheless, this drama taught me many things, and the whole story is really meaningful. A very unique plot which I have never watched before. A drama worth watching unless you are really into romance genre.

What makes me watch the drama initially is because I am a medical student so I have interest in medical dramas. However, I find this drama totally different from the other medical dramas I have watched such as Good Doctor and Medical Top Team.
Why do I say so? Usually medical dramas are focused on the medical stuffs and the management of the hospital. But for ER Couple, it shows not only these, but the relationships between the main casts - romance and friendship. This makes the drama awesome as they actually relate the medical parts into their relationships. For example, medical errors are commonly made, which implies in life which you will often meet many obstacles. You can get what I mean if you watch the very last part of the last episode - the part Jinhee narrates.
I really like how the drama shows how Jinhee managed to overcome her fear and to take the risk bravely in order to be with Changmin. She transformed from a little girl who is cowardly facing her relationships into a brave woman who is willing to have the courage in order to create her own happiness.
Another thing that I really love is actually the characters in this show, especially Chief Gook and Prof. Shim. Chief Gook shows the care towards Jinhee in a cold way and he does not even interfere her love life at all. Usually second male leads will just use any means to get the female lead, but well, not for Chief Gook! As for Prof. Shim, I was actually shocked by her character portrayed. At first I thought she is a common second female lead who likes one of the male leads and well, the love rectangle happens. But it doesn't seem to be that case for her. Even though the viewers can see that she still loves Chief Gook, but she doesn't show out those kind of jealousy and instead, she helps him out a lot by telling him to be more brave and confess to Jinhee. I really admire this kind of women because they are truly good friends.
I also like how they show the progress of Changmin's mother to Jinhee, from hatred to neutral, like how she realised that controlling her son's life doesn't make him even happy at all.
Also, I really love Jin Ae and Kwangsoo and Baby Gook! They do make this drama merrier.
I believe that this drama has a moral value behind it - to tell us to believe in miracles and believe in ourselves no matter what. Because every decision we have made for our life depends on whether we believe in oneself and our family to make our decisions unregrettable. (:

Completed this drama since like 4 years ago though, but rewatching it again recently made me have the urge of writing a review about it. (:
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS DRAMA: Firstly, the casts of course. Both main leads really portray their characters very very very well like in the manga. Ariel Lin could actually act really like a stupid and annoying girl, yet made each and everyone of us love her alot and ache for her whenever she cried, because her crying scenes are always -thumbs up-. Which is why she really deserve this Best Female Lead award in Golden Bells that year.
Secondly, how the characters have grown in every single episode. I really love watching how Zhi Shu change because of Xiang Qin, from a cold guy who just hide his emotions, to a gentle and romantic guy who really pour all his feelings out especially to his wife. I still remember in first few episodes, he is someone who gets annoyed when Xiang Qin tries to stick with him and do some romantic-stupid-stuffs with him, and wowwww the last few episodes, he just became so open with his wife. Not only Zhi Shu, but I can even see how Xiang Qin becoming more and more matured. Yes she may be annoying at times, but I can see the way of her thinking gradually changes, and how she really think of her husband's feelings more.
Thirdly, this drama is just so hilarious and I still can remember how many times I laughed like mad. At the same time, I can remember how many times I cried like hell whenever Xiang Qin cried too. I also love the endless skinship between the two leads which always give me squeals because their skinship is just so natural so real.
WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS DRAMA: Practically nothing I can say. Well or probably the plot also focus on other characters rather more on main leads too? But I don't really mind though because even the scenes of other characters are also quite interesting too.

Overall, one of the top Taiwanese dramas I have ever watched. You won't regret watching because you know what? You will end up rewatching it again and again and every single scene of the main leads will just give you butterflies because their skinship and chemistry is just so WOW. And and and, if you really love watching dramas with a extremely cold male lead. :D

I am not a fan of Chinese dramas (often watch only K and Tdramas) but this drama really surprises me alot. This drama makes me change my views of Cdramas - I always feel that Cdramas are more naggy and dramatic, but not for this show. It is just... amazing!!!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE DRAMA: What makes me rate this show high is because of the strong chemistry between the main leads!! Ohmygod they are just so natural and really act like a real couple! Every scene with this couple together just makes me squeal and squeal, my heart just tingles so much!!!
The casts really portray their roles well, and I really want to compliment the female lead for acting this silly yet realistic Shan Shan very well. I did read through the book after I watch the show, and I must say that she really portray this role perfectly. (:
As for music, I am just unknowingly attracted to the starting song and I just let the song play instead of skipping it whenever I watch a new episode. Probably because of Zhang Han (male lead)'s voice which really attracts me, as well as the song lyrics which are meaningfully written.

WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THE DRAMA: Though brilliantly written story plot, there are still some loopholes in this show, which make me ponder why and why. -Sorry I couldn't elaborate further due to spoilers-

Overall, it's really a good drama and I strongly recommend everyone to watch it. It's been a long time since I have been so addicted to a show after You Who Came From The Stars! And I swear that the rewatch value will be as high as mine after you watch because of the cute and sweet scenes between the couple!!!

Just like I Hear Your Voice, I love how the writer teach us something after watching Pinocchio - No matter how many lies you have said, in the end, you will still need to face the truth, no matter how painful it can be.
THE STORY: HATS OFF TO THE WRITER, REALLY. The plot was really written very beautifully well. And I actually love how every single scene is like a piece of puzzle, piecing up to form the big puzzle, and there we go, we finally solved the mystery. Every single episode is just so intense, and there isn't a single part where I'd find it draggy or boring or whatsoever. It seems like the production team has already planned out carefully what scenes to be added in.

THE CASTS: I really want to rate 10/10 for this part!!! Every cast portrayed their role very well and it just makes the whole show so enjoyable, so exciting that it can give you goosebumps! However, I do like to compliment Seo Bum Jo and Sung Cha Ok's characters. Both of them gave me a great impression, because I get to see how both of them grow and become more mature since episode 1. I am actually awed by how Manager Sung is the one who learnt something from Dal Po instead. In other words, I am glad that I didn't have to hate her all the way in this show. (:

THE MUSIC: I didn't really hear much of the OSTs in background, only intense background sounds, so I don't have a real OST that I can really remember.

REWATCH VALUE: Sadly, I have to rate it as 7. I will rank it higher if there are more intimate scenes between the main couple. Honestly, I do not have any feels for this OTP, rather than OTP in I Hear Your Voice. Probably this show is targeted more towards the "revenge" part instead of the love story. Nonetheless, I will still rewatch if I have the feel to watch some intense scenes. (;

One word to conclude this whole drama - touching. And when I say touching, it is truly touching that it can really tingle deep in your heart.
What I like about the drama: Firstly, the plot, the concept. This drama is absolutely different from other dramas because it is realistic. What do I mean by realistic is that there are many mental patients in this world, and this show is trying to interpret how these patients feel for their loved ones and how their loved ones wanted to help the patients to not feel outcasted in their worlds. In conclusion, it deliberately shows that love is the best cure to patients, the strongest motivation that drives their will to recover. (':
Secondly, the acting skills! Homaigawd I totally didn't expect that Jo In Sung and Gong Hyojin's acting skills are totally daebakkkkk, no joke. Okay I have been admiring their acting skills from their previous dramas, but this drama really showed them their best acting among their other dramas. I can totally feel their pain, their sadness, their joy, their feelings to each other especially those crying scenes. I can't believe I cried for the last five episodes straight. The other casts were good too, and I am loving their friendship and bromance too! I felt comforted whenever Soo Kwang gave a comfort hug to his Hye Soo noona. (':
Thirdly, their OSTS. Like wow seriously, every single soundtrack is damn perfect and it really suits the scene whenever it is played. Their music soundtracks were one of the biggest reasons to this moving drama.
What I didn't like about the drama: To be honest, I kept dozing off when watching the first few episodes. Initially, I was really looking forward to the show because of the perfect casts, but everything was so confusing and in a mess from the start. But it was cool of how the writer managed to solve each jigsaw piece one by one as the drama goes on, so I guess this is the concept of how the writer wanted to amaze us.
I wasn't really impressed by D.O's acting also. He is my biased in EXO so which was why I was really expecting much of him when he is debuted as a singer and not an actor. His acting in the first few episodes was quite awkward though. But during the last episode, he really pulled off very well so I guess it wasn't bad after all.
Overall, this is a must-watch-drama and I should say it will be one of my best dramas. Really learnt much about this inspiring love story. Hats off to the production crew and the casts for making this drama perfect and inspiring! (:

I was so excited when I watched the trailer of this show, and the first 12 episodes were really up to my expectations. The producer started off this drama well, with many areas explained yet unfolded at the same time. Many parts in the first several episodes were funny also, and at the same time, thrilling. This made me have higher expectations towards the ending.
However, I was disappointed by the writer. She could have just stick to 16 episodes because the last few episodes were just too draggy. They only started to cover the loopholes during the last two episodes, which were quite rushed for the ending. I won't want to comment further about the romance also because I was really expecting for more romance to bloom after watching the first 12 episodes, yet again, not up to expectations again. Probably the writer has intentions of not focusing the romance part in this drama. I was also expecting for more bromance scenes between the P4 and Detective Seo but I will just leave it as the writer wrote.
I was impressed by Lee Seunggi's acting and I can say that he is one of the few male actors who have improved tremendously over the past few years. His every crying scene makes me cry too. He can really pull off this character well - a cold guy yet fragile heart who still needs people to accompany him.
Overall, the drama did not turn out to be what I really expected due to the last few episodes, but it is still worth watching. (:

PLOT: I just love the story plot and how those mysterious jigsaw puzzles are being solved in each episode, and there finally, the puzzle is formed. I also love how the writer gives each personality a role and purpose of being created - I just love every single personality!
CAST: Everyone is really great in the show but I am really amazed by Ji Sung's acting skills! Didn't expect him to portray very well not just one role, but all the personalities! He really should deserve at least an excellence award for this year's drama awards! Furthermore, if you watch some of the behind-the-scene cuts, you will find out that he actually directed some of the scenes himself, which is totally unscripted at all - this makes me respect him as an actor more.
MUSIC: I rated high because the OST Auditory Hallucination attracts me ever since the first episode and till the last episode, I am still loving the song! Just love how the soundtrack suits those scenes when it is being played! However, I was slightly disappointed of the other soundtracks because they are only so-so.
So yup, there isn't anything much that I am disliking about this drama, except for the ending which I am doubtful if I should be satisfied about it. And I really learn something in this show - to be brave and overcome our fears no matter what. But really, a worth to watch drama overall! It can just bring you laughter, keeping you in suspense, as well as sadness!!

This drama is a masterpiece and it definitely deserves a rating of 15-plus alpha (hahaha!) I am someone who is more into rom-com genre than other genres, however this show just hooked me throughout the 16 episodes. It is mixed into different genres - crime, suspense, romance, bromance, psychology, containing different emotions - anguish, pain, anger, love. Which is probably why I love this drama so much.
STORY: First few episodes was quite flat because you probably won't understand what exactly happened but don't give up watching. Each episode will just tempt you to watch the next one, and then the next one. I'm glad that there's only 16 episodes - nothing more or nothing less. Loving the pace and and the intense content in every episode. I also like how this drama puts its focus into child abuse/abandonment and how each crime scene are jigsaw pieces that made up a puzzle.

ACTING/CAST: Seo In Guk never fail to disappoint me again with his superb acting skills. He can portray this character perfectly - a cold person yet having a warm heart inside, someone who actually needs comfort like anyone. I would like to applaud for Park Bo Gum for his acting as well. How can someone like him act so creepy or mysterious yet on the other side, such an innocent kid who just craves for affection? Will definitely watch his other dramas next time. (:

MUSIC: I could only remember the OST I Remember You because it was always played during certain emotional scenes. However this show usually plays suspenseful background music which just gives you goosebumps.

REWATCH VALUE: It wouldn't be fun to rewatch this show again since you will know how the cases are linked and who is the culprit and so on, but if to rewatch for BROMANCE SCENES, A YES! I still crave for more bromance! ):

OVERALL: Yup, one of my best dramas i have ever watched. Do not hesitate watching this just because there isn't much romance or comedy in this show or because of the poor ratings. This show is really well-written with such awesome casts and producer and writer. I am now praying for a sequel for this drama!
