The Background Ost: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8Dv9V0SdeE&t=530s At 6:59 it's pretty much the main theme music of this show. It just gives me the shivers. Amazing piece of music this one. All the others are pretty good too. Especially at 22:20 and 33:35
I hate to admit this but while I am not fond of lovestruck in the city, I still rewatch it from time to time,…
Exactly, I really hope he is now beyond taking projects like Melting me softly and Backstreet rookie. I've really waited for him to finally take part in a really good show, finally my man did it. I really hope his next project "Tell me your wish" surpasses even this one. I think it's coming in August. Hope my man does it again, hopefully even better.
JCW did great in this show. Lately all his dramas have had this issue where it starts great but then falls apart, something that I think also happened to "Lovestruck in the City". But this one really did a good job overall. Whatever experimentation he has been doing with his characters, I think it finally paid off in this drama. I don't know about Annarasumanara webtoon, as I've not read it, and don't know it did justice to visuals, storyline and dialogues in accordance to the webtoon or not. But based on the show itself, I would say it's his best drama in the last 3 years or so, something that I've been frustratingly waiting for years. Love the ending song performance by everyone, it was a good surprise. Overall this drama was short, nice, intellectually constructive and quite magical. Keep going JCW, I really hope your next project surpasses this one. You Rock!
I am so in love with this drama, at first I thought I would maybe able to skip some scenes and finish the first few episodes quickly as I really didn't have time. But I couldn't, at all. Every scene, every moment, every dialogue is worth watching, I can't Physically skip a single scene. I just can't. It feels like being Too Fast or Too Slow is a concept that doesn't apply to this show. It's pacing is just, PERFECT. Character development is on point. Yeah, this show has truly been worth my time in my current busy schedule. It's been a while I've felt like this watching a show, as if time just passes when I watch the episodes. The last I felt quite like this was when I was watching My Mister.
It took him a while, but after quite a long time, JCW is finally here with a Bang for a show, based on my impression of the first 3 and a half episodes. I am really impressed with his acting in this show, so effortlessly charming and really has depth to his character. Let's see how it finishes.
Good to have you here Elif. And see, the same thing happened to this one as it happened to CL, so low rating.
Knetz hate him- Why exactly? Is it related to some kind of scandal or something?? It's weird to give a show this abysmal rating after just 2 episodes, unless it's something personal.
Some are speculating it maybe an issue with the website, maybe not calculating ratings properly. Funny though, this doesn't ever happen to dramas that are filled with super popular star, If it was a drama of IU, Suzy Bae, Kim Soo-hyun etc etc, I am pretty sure, despite website error or whatever, the ratings would have never go down this much after just 2 episodes.

Good to see the rise in ratings.
