I think this might be an adaptation of it
Definitely, it has way too many things that are the same.

Okay don't play with me now who did the ML end up with?
No idea. The FL ends up with someone who looks like him but lives in the present, someone who is supposed to be a descendant of the ML. I would assume that means the ML had children with some other woman he married after the FL left.

Even if he did not and the guy is just from the same family tree, it does not change the fact that the main leads do not end up together. The woman he fell for was the girl before the FL took over her body but he did not mind being with the FL and the FL fell for the ML but was ok with the guy from the present that looks like him but IS NOT him.

Just a quick note: this drama isn't actually from 2025. Despite being released this year, It was completed a few…
Thanks for the info. Now I know why it felt so old. ^^'

I have come across several Cdramas where that was the case. Anyway, if the plot was good I would still keep watching, but unfortunately it was not the case.

"Be it the actor (which I personally do not find attractive, not saying he is ugly, just not my type)."Lucky for…
haha I imagine. Seems like even having an opinion these days is a problem.

I do not necessarily need to find the main leads good looking, but if they are going to give us a drama with bad writing and editing, the least they can do is give us eye candy, otherwise why are we going to bother watching? The plot and acting are always first to me. If the plot is interesting and the acting is great, it is not the looks of anyone that is going to make me stop watching, but if a drama has nothing to offer, not even eye candy, then I’m out.

Yeah, nope, not for me. Could not get past the first episode. For a 2025 drama the overall quality (effects, editing, acting, writing, ...) is not acceptable, it is below average.

I tried to stick with it but then the ML showed up. Be it the actor (which I personally do not find attractive, not saying he is ugly, just not my type) or the character he was playing, nothing about him made me want to keep watching.

I have previously kept watching and even gave high ratings to dramas that had MLs played by actors I did not find attractive, but because the character was well written and they acted well, I ended up finding them attractive later on, I’m sure you know what I mean. But here the character itself is meh. When the production quality is below average and I do not even like the characters, how can I keep watching?...specially with it being 40 episodes long. I had to drop it.

This short chinese drama is clearly based/copied out of a SK one called "Perfect Marriage Revenge", nothing against…
Actually, it is a copy of Marry My Husband, a lot of things are exactly the same. I have watched both Marry My Husband and Perfect Marriage Revenge and since episode 1 I felt it reminded me of Marry My Husband, by episode 2 I was certain it was heavily based to not say a blatant copy of Marry My Husband.

why is the rating 7.4? it's that bad?
I think it is because the story is not original, it is a copy of a kdrama but the writing and acting are nowhere as good so people could not help but compare both and give a lower rating.

This is a blatant copy of Marry My Husband. They changed a bit the business context but almost everything else is the same, even subplots and supporting characters that they could have changed to add something new.

If I had never watched Marry My Husband I might have found this entertaining, but when watching short dramas I am looking for something quick and new, not a plot I already know, specially when the writing and acting is not on the same level as the original.

On Such a Good Love Apr 23, 2025
This is NOT such a good love nor is it such a good drama.

The plot, the characters, there was nothing I liked about it. I tried to watch a few episodes but after reading the comments ended up just skipping to the last episode and good thing I did, I would rather use those extra hours I would have spent watching this in its entirety to watch something better or get a few more hours of sleep.

I kind of enjoyed it but at the same I am not sure I can say it was worth watching.

The plot seemed to have no clear direction, a bunch of flashbacks, some that you could not tell were flashbacks right away, the last few episodes were even messier, then ending was a big ?

Watch if you have nothing else to watch and do not try to understand what’s going on. ^^'

The idea seems promising but the execution was awful. From the way the story is told to the acting, it’s just bad, even for short drama standards. Probably not worth your time but I guess if you have nothing else to watch...this exists.

Tbh, I was a bit disappointed.

I felt with this idea they could have done something better. The romance for me was very superficial, be it the way they met or how it ended, did they actually like each other or just each others physical appearance? Because the one he originally fell for was not her and the one she ended up with was ...

(SPOILER AHEAD)

not him.

The plot felt very stagnant too, like there was little to no progress as each episode went by. For lakorn standards it was not a bad one but I have watched better and felt this had a lot of potential that was not used.

And she’s ok in the head? Like ..in the last 4 episodes she was a psycho. She brought 2 women to rape him. They…
I’m not saying I agree with what she did, but he was the one who started the cycle of violence and toxicity. She probably felt the only way she would be able to take him back was if he had a taste of his own poison and realised how much pain he inflicted on her. Although I do not agree with what she did, it was very little compared to what he did to her.

They were so toxic to each other which is why I said in real life I would not support anyone staying in a relationship like this one.

Not something I would re-watch as no matter how successful the FL was in her revenge, it does not change the fact that she wasted precious years of her life stuck to this trash of a husband.

Watching this made me remember the murder of Abby Choi. I imagine her life was pretty similar to this while she was married to her ex-husband.

ML is a walking red flag. Not even her revenge near the end can save this relationship for me. Since it is a drama I can be a bit forgiving but if this was real life there is no way I would support anyone I care about in staying in a relationship with a person like him.

I hear a lot of good things about this drama and it has been on my watchlist since i sawthe announcement. But…
Yes and no.

The drama goes through their entire lives, you see their children grow up, getting married and having kids. They stay together the entire time.

Unfortunately, as people get older it is normal for one to pass away before the other. That is why I cannot say this has a happy ending but it is not like it has a sad ending either. I would call it a realistic ending instead. Bittersweet just like real life.

On When Life Gives You Tangerines Mar 29, 2025
I thought about dropping it a few times in the first few episodes, probably because this is not the sort of drama you should binge-watch, but decided to push through it. And I understand why it has such a high rating.

For anyone who was born before 2000, I’m a 90s kid, this will be super nostalgic and relatable. We all went through similar experiences in our childhood or have 1 or both parents that sacrificed a lot so they could give us what they couldn’t have.

Ae Sun reminds me of my mother and I can see myself and my generation in Geum Myeong.

Even if you are younger than 25, you might still enjoy it. Ae Sun and Gwan Sik’s love is just so beautiful. I’m sure most women would be really glad to have a Gwan Sik in their lives. Who cares about arrogant CEOs, give us more Gwan Siks.

Title The Glory
Turns out although she looks the part, she is the least wicked in that house. Never seen a family with so many…
Definitely. I think I have watched her play a similar role in another drama and she definitely has that Morticia vibe to her. XD

It gets better. So many twists to come. Eps 18 and 19 will leave you speachless.
Yup, I also like romance in my dramas. Hopefully their marriage will become a real one, but so far it is pointing to a possible tragic ending with the ML being ill and all the enemies he has. Let’s hope not. The FL deserves to be happy after going through so much.

I guess they went for a more dark, full of twists and schemes kind of plot. The romance is there but is not the focus. They get married in episode 20, it’s just that their marriage is more of a business transaction than a marriage, they become partners so they can help each other reach their goals.

I stopped expecting this to focus on the romance after watching a few episodes. Him having been married to her sister and already having a daughter hinted at this not being your usual drama. I came for the romance but stayed for the twists and turns and the smart and strong main leads.
