Aside from trolls like "snsd ngg" who got free time and a grudge against this drama/PHJ for some unknown reason, imo a lot of people in this website want everything ready for them on a silver plate. The moment a drama gets too deep or makes the viewer think too hard, they're out. They want the smallest things explained, in style, so the main story should get dragged long enough for them to understand every aspect. There's also a few here who simply have high standards. They only get satisfied with top level everything. (Dramas including popular idols can make exceptions, tho. Compare Hwarang's rating to this, for example.)

Hopefully they'll put a better team on this than they did on Forest.

Ep12 dialogs. Impressive. The way she logically explained the reason behind her frustration and how their conversation portrayed their characters so clearly.

Enjoyable. Not amazing but definitely not disappointing.
Great acting saved some awkward dialogs and Kim Min Sang poured his heart in this. It's my first time seeing Shin Jae Yi's actor. I think she's the best thing about this drama. It's specially heart-warming since I've stumbled upon so many horrible female leads recently.

It's not really. We have a different view of parents in Asia.
Besides, while what she did was probably the only way to save the kid, it was completely against protocol. Normally a hospital would cover it up and give a warning but there was her condition and an article.
Someone in that hospital really dislikes her.

Dramas picked up by viki won't be on kocowa. It's also less likely (if even possible) for other subbers to pick up a series that's already being translated. So I think they have a right to be frustrated (of course at viki, not the subbers).

The way I see it, the episodes end in medium-sized cliffhangers (except the very starting scene. That one was huge). Like, something, not nerve-racking but unexpected, happens and the explanation is left to the next episode. But this looks like the type of drama that's more fun if you watch as released and theorize with others.

The subtitles come super slow, tho. So you might want to at least start late.

I hope so too. The concept seems to be new for a kdrama. Teasers were exciting and although I kind of expected a thriller tag, I still can't help the anticipation..
