I haven't been trying too hard to guess - having too much fun throwing things out there. Everything's fair game! :D
The only thing that I didn't clue into right away is probably the easiest thing to clue into, haha - that Anthika was always Anne. I thought Dome woke her up and then Anthika took advantage (since I'm sure she was pulling a Khatha and getting her stalker on - possibly also with photos, who knows). To be fair to me though they did make a point of showing Dome pick up the mannequin arm!
Other than that though I feel like I'm following it pretty well, and I'm having a lot of fun.
The story since the episode 1 is not well written.....like i just don't understand what is going on/why is this…
I genuinely don't know! When I start to love a show I tend to hyper fixate on the parts I like rather than the parts that I don't.
I think it might be attempting to do a slow burn with the meta plot and reveal things to us in bits. I think ep one was extra confusing because we were meant to be with Dome and he had no clue what was going on either. I don't know about execution since I also binged the first eps and have only started having to wait this week, and I think that made things easier on me in the beginning, but I do think the confusion is deliberate.
Yes I think Tay is the main villain or Satan if we follow the Adam and Eve story. Tay probably betrayed both Dome…
I think Dome did it - he touched the arm, remember - and Anthika took advantage because she wanted that anklet off. My guess is that Anne was not always her tool, but I could be wrong there!
Edit: Although now I think about it, she did turn Ton back into a mannequin, so I guess it's definitely possible! She had the same glowy purple light going on when she attacked Khatha as in ep 4 too.
This was hands down my favorite episode yet. It was firing on all cylinders, while I felt that last episode dragged a little in the meta plot (that could also be because I just like Dome a lot and was sad he was barely around, though). But this one, this one was great. Both Nanon and View did a great job as the mannequins turned human. I actually really felt for Ton in the beginning. Dude was having a full on existential crisis and was completely unequipped for it! And once View got to start being evil you could tell she was having a great time.
As for the meta plot - oooh, things are moving along nicely there too. Interesting that Anthika and the robed dude are at odds about Dome. For my part, I think that Anthika is right - our Dome is the god she's talking about, but something happened when it took over OG!Dome, and so the thing that took him over is this version of Dome that we see now. Pretty sure though that the glowy ball of light is evil. Or was evil. Or will be evil. And if I'm right, I'm hoping what we get is a fight between what Dome is now vs. what he used to be or could become. I love that kind of stuff.
I have also been wondering if Dome looks like the guy Khatha knew before (whether his actual brother or not) by design. Perhaps infiltrating the museum and getting at the artefacts was all part of that "mission" the other glowy galaxy in a spere was talking about in episode 4. Maybe Dome was always supposed to look like someone Khatha cared for in the past so that he would let him in and trust him more easily. But now they're both really attached. If I'm right, I hope the lack of memory wasn't also by design.
Whatever is in Dome next week sounds and acts very young to me. Perhaps the little brother (?), perhaps something else. I'm really jazzed to find out.
And to wrap up this lengthy comment on a shallower note, I am so glad we're back to Dome passing out all over the place. I missed that last episode.
Personally, I'm like 99% sure it's brothers. Almost definitely not lovers even if that 1% turns out to be true and they're figurative brothers rather than the literal kind.
Why did I find the brothers thing so funny? The world may never know. I don't speak Thai so take this worth a…
Also firing Dome was so dumb. Sure, Khatha, you know you have a woman who wants to take all you want away from you, and you've been extremely unsubtle about your obsession with Dome...I'm sure firing him and taking away his one tether to relative safety is the smart thing to do in this situation. I'm sure no salt witches are gonna try and take advantage of his vulnerable state *at all*.
Why did I find the brothers thing so funny? The world may never know.
I don't speak Thai so take this worth a grain of salt, but I'm pretty sure the word Triphop used was "nong chai", which if I am correct does translate literally to brother, as in there's shared blood there.
I'm okay with it - the show was never gonna go there anyway, I knew it, this just confirms it. And well I ship everything a little, can't help it, so I'll be just fine if it winds up being Khatha and Anthika at the end - there was certainly a bit of tension there.
Honestly I'm mostly in this for Gun/Dome, so I was a little disappointed in this ep (even though I really enjoyed the creepypasta - wth is Anthika up to? Salt cult for a new god???? Burnt man god that may or may not have been Dome at some point? Or maybe Dome can resurrect it? idk but I'm definitely curious).
Can't say I'm not happy we're getting back to our regularly scheduled Dome fainting next ep, though.
I really enjoyed this quite a bit. Unexpectedly, this became one of my favorite dramas so far and I'm sad to see it end. But I think the note it ended on was perfect.
If it was up to me, I would never put Gun and Off in a project together again. Honestly dislike this "acting partners"…
I think that it will happen, it'll just be a slow process. And it'll probably start with shows that aren't expected to be hugely popular, because lbr, there are certain folks out there that just can't handle it, the very thought of it gives them the vapours. I do have hope that it'll work that way in increments, though.

I think that it would be cool if they started putting more gay characters in "regular" dramas - no one batted an eye to see a man and a woman rolling around on a bed together in ep 3 - that's kinda how I wish some of these dramas were about gay couples as well. BL is a whole different story - it's specifically about the romance with any plot being incidental.
I agree this probably won't be that show, though. And that's fine. It's a fun time regardless, honestly. I really enjoy the whole cast together thus far and I hope that it continues to be engaging and have a mix of an anthology feel along with the meta plot.
And I agree with you about pair branding 100%. Not only can it be limiting to actors, it also prompts things like fanservice which...well, to be frank makes me uncomfortable. Thankfully it's easily avoided.
Weirdly, the fact that Ritsu is leaving now makes me entirely certain that we'll get a good or at worst a bittersweet ending. I still think they might split up for good (or at least for a while), but I'm not entirely certain that's a bad thing for either of them.
I still quite like this drama, although it's not my favorite at the moment. I like the wistfulness of it.

Also they're continuing the drama shower slot! My understanding is that we're getting another year.

Ah well. You win some, you lose some I guess, and hey, maybe eventually it'll get subbed. Stranger things have happened. :)

Worst. Big bro. Ever.
