I noticed the fake crying as well. Her eyes didn't well up at all, you could see it was artificial tears. NIW was superior in his emotional scenes compared to PMY who's supposed to be more experienced.

This drama also had a slightly older audience so it helped with the maturity of the comments imo. There were ageist comments about Lee Ha Nee at the start but they disappeared quickly.

I wish we had one more epilogue but I don't hate the stylistic choice of leaving the ending fitting with the tone of the rest of the drama. Su-ho was always on her trail and only now Yeo-hwa allowed herself to be "caught". The act of pulling down the veil was sooooooo sexy and clearly implied what was to come- prim by day, wild by night lol.

Skinship is out of the question imo but I think we can very well expect an endearing epilogue, maybe with a little timeskip. There's no way they're not ending up together.

Conscripts are the first to die in a war, they're just cannon fodder and a waste of money. I live in a country surrounded with wartorn states and we're in transition to a professional army which is the best means to protect yourself.

I feel like KKY's being wasted in this show... Sigh.

Though I wish them to be together, I wonder if Yeo-hwa will choose to stay single to travel because she lived the life of a prisoner and she might not like to end up tied to another man, and Su-ho might let her go, because well he loves her. This is not my wish but it's a possibility.

I agree, recent episodes had a lot of romantic and sexual tension between the main leads.

Lee Ha Nee said the romance will be more subtle in this drama. It's mainly an action comedy. There's romance but it's not the main plot.
