They get married, but the female lead for some reason had to return to present day, after some times, the 8th prince traveled to present day, and they met each other in present.

It's happy ending.

Just finished it, and I loved it just like season 2 (I watched season 2 first LOL). It was funnier and lighter than season 2. I love both main couple and their love story. The good point about the love triangle in this drama is that the female never gave false hope to the guy she doesn't like.
It was first time I saw Feng William in a modern drama, and he is so good just like period dramas.
I love his character here: calm, patient, serious and doesn't talk much. And it was so funny how female lead behaved around him, their story was so funny and cute.

Just finished it and love it. I didn't get bored watching this,and I enjoy it. But it could be a better drama if the writer didn't make all good characters Brainless. The only smart one was prime villain. All merfolk were so weak and stupid. About the ending, since I expect it from the beginning, I didn't mind the way it ends. The best part of drama was Ma Da Chul, he was so funny.

Boys Over Flower. I heard Scarlet heart was the first one that decided to do the novel, but the Palace's team was in a hurry to film and air it sooner so it can get a higher rating. That's what I read in news, so I don't know exactly know if they decided at same time or not or. I remember some people were mad at palace's director for doing that.

Everyone compare Scarlet heart and Palace 1, I know both are time travel and about 4th and 8th princes, but palace reminds me of BOF more than Scarlet heart.It's funny and whole love story is exactly like BOF. But it's my personal opinion, most people say it's a remake of scarlet heart.

He is my favorite too, I love his interaction with his brothers. He was badly injured, but he was saved, but at the end of drama, he didn't have any scene, he just disappeared after getting hurt and saved. Maybe because there is a side story for him, so they didn't show him at the end of drama.

Yes, it's a happy ending for almost all good characters.

sadly, there are other dramas with this problem, the team translate some episode and then drop it, or put them on hold forever. I think they tend to translate recent and popular dramas.

Overall I think there are a lot of bad Thai actors and actress,even some popular ones are not good enough, kind of emotionless, but this one was full of bad acting.

I don't exactly remember how I felt about female character,but usually I don't like super nice and super naive female character. But I remember I liked male character more than BOF, I think he behaved way better than BOF lead male in similar situation.

People have different taste in dramas, for me it was a perfect drama, but I dropped Princess agent around episode 17. About this drama, there is a big change in around episode 18, so if you decide to pick it up again, maybe you got hooked around episode 18.
