He didn't bully her, it was all a misunderstanding. At the bus stop, Mi Rae thought Kyung Seok was making fun of her face but he was actually laughing at her foot dance. He even said that he only smiled once throughout middle school and it was because of her. Also, the part when he pointed out that she was wearing perfume was because it reminded him of his mother who used to drench herself in perfume.
