You keep framing this as people attacking you, but I didn’t call you a bad person. My comment wasn’t based on just this one reply either, I’ve seen similar things from you under other topics, which is why I responded in the first place, and you should know what I’m referring to, since you’re the one making them. You’re totally free to choose what you watch, that’s totally your right. That was never the issue. I do appreciate that you acknowledged your tone wasn’t fair. Everyone can have a bad day, but that still doesn’t justify calling people things like “witch” or spreading that kind of negativity. What I’ve been asking this whole time is how you define “bad people” and why that label applies to her but not her ex-husband. If you don’t want to discuss it further, that’s fine, but that question still hasn’t been answered.
If you were actually just critiquing behavior, that would be fine. But calling someone a “witch” and trying to portray women as culprits for something they have nothing to do with, especially when it’s framed around them being women, isn’t criticism, it’s just insulting. This has nothing to do with feminism. Also I haven’t “spewed hate” at you, nor was that my intention. Disagreeing with your comment and pointing out the tone isn’t the same as attacking you. You keep bringing up the left, feminists, false misogyny accusations, while generalising, when I’m speaking for myself. From your comments, it doesn’t really seem like you’re distinguishing between criticism, hate and misogyny and I’m wondering if you actually know and care about their definition. My question still stands: how do you define “bad people” and what exactly makes Song Hye-kyo a “bad person” but not her ex-husband?
I‘ve seen you spread hate toward women on here unbothered, get a grip. “This person is known by her controversy with her ex spouse“ No, she’s known through her incredible work. Why is a woman considered a bad person for getting divorced, but not the man? How do you define “bad people“? He expected her to give up her career at its peak to become a housewife and have children, why would she agree to that when it’s not what she wanted.
