The story is written like this. I really think that the story would be complete if that Lishan Mountain arc was planned by empress. That whole plague is because of the stupidity and stubborn attitute of the entire Lishan, which doesn't make sense to let all those Whiz to die like that. Obviously they are capable of aiding the emperors. Meh!.

I haven't seen Ultimate note. I'd say it's bit close to Spirealm. In spirealm there are various arcs. But TROIO is based on a single story which is split into various arcs. It was a good watch for me. You can try watching few eps. The actions are good, the friensship is also good.
