(i loved PH & liked LW) but i wouldnāt call this a makjang at all. itās a pretty believable political concept since we have no idea what happens behind the scenes of powerful politicians. itās cutthroat & morally grey & flip floppy characters arenāt comic book villains. ofc itās dramatized but i recommend watching the first ep & see if you like it š¤

i LOVE Kim Ji Won ~ (My Liberation Notes, Fight For My Way, DotS, & Lovestruck In The City) but iām gonna say it bcus i havenāt seen anyone else say it yetā¦ she sucked as Hae In. i donāt think playing a cold character is her forte, she looked really awk & it was tough to watch. honestly itās not an easy role to play but Seo Yea Ji would have been PERFECT if Kim Soo Hyun wasnāt ML already. i donāt think it could have totally fixed this dumpster fire but it would have been a little better imo.
