As much as I support this drama, it's started to get repetitive. 🫤

For 16 episodes we keep seeing back and forths, the Crown Prince being a persistent love puppy and the Princess rejecting him all the time, clarifying at every chance she has no feelings for him and doesn't love him and they'll only ever be allies.🙄

At this point, it's ruining every moment they share.😓 I'm tired seeing her trying to prove she's the smartest in the room and her marriage is the most important thing the Empire has ever seen. Also, the Crown Prince keeps showing up everywhere like a Deus ex Machina saving the day, during the 100 times she's almost been murdered.😮‍💨

Then you have the 5th and 9th Princes doing the same stuff over and over. 9th Prince just can't fathom why he's not good enough for her and the 5th is just obsessed with the fact that he's certain she's his late wife reincarnated. And his advances will just not stop.😒

I dare say, the refreshing part of the drama is the Bu/Cui relationship. The actress portraying Bu Shu Lin has definitely stolen the show for me, she's my favorite female character of the drama .👏✨

Thankfully, there are still some palace politics and plot twists here and there to keep the story going. I just hope they'll pick up the pace because I expected something more thrilling from this drama and cast. There's still time, hope things change for the better...

Episodes 15-16 look FIRE!!! 🔥 I can't wait for tomorrow 😸
