High kick was never good after season 1. This season specifically feels like a re-skin of the past 2 seasons.…
I didn't watch season one. I tried, but the film quality just seemed too bad and weird with the astronaut, I didn't get past the first few min. of the first ep., in that season. I tried season 2 anyway, because I really like Hwang Jung Eum, and enjoyed it right up til about the last 2 ep. I was hoping there was a link between 2 and 3 and that they would tell us it was all a bad dream or the Older brother and Se Kyung actually just ran away together. I see that is not the case... and I am feeling so sad!!! I am tempted to throw myself into this one just to get over the grief. I don't mind if it is re-skinned, as long as it is cast well, and ends better. I seriously can't invest my emotions in more characters that die. Is there another illuded to death? Does it end in a break up? Does the quality go up from ep one in season one? Maybe I should try to get through it, to see if I can get into that one.
I loved this series all the way through, until the end.... and I am so disappointed how they ended this series,…
You do not find out if either brother ends up with a girl at all. Instead, they illude that one girl and one brother dies. They do not actually show it, but it is heavily suggested. It is possible, that instead of dying, they could have ran away together... but if that was the case, why not show it! I am feeling so sad right now :(
I loved this series all the way through, until the end.... and I am so disappointed how they ended this series, now I can't in good conscience recommend it. Fyi, IF you are someone that needs a happy ending read my spoiler.
Due to a power outage and then my wifi going out, I had to stop watching last night. After ep. 1, I was still a bit confused about who was who. They introduced too many princes at once. Still, I was invested. There are so many great older actresses in this drama, and I love the actor playing the King, too. I was seriously on the edge of my seat a couple of times, with the "secrets" the Queen has learned about her sons... Can't wait to start watching again, later.
I used to delete dramas rather than mark them as dropped… this drama seems vaguely familiar. I am now wondering if I dropped i, way back when, or I watched it before joining mdl, and forgot to add it to my list of seen dramas, at that point. I see some bad reviews, I am a little afraid. I recently saw it in Viki, and have just started watching it, again?!
Finally a drama I can love that Zheng Ye Chong is leading man in. I really enjoyed this from 1st to last episode. The lead couple stayed adorable and interesting and stayed true to their personality throughout. The one character and relationship I didn’t understand. The crown prince/female official Xu. It definitely seemed like the political storyline was fast forward, at times, to get to the action,, rather than showing where and how each character got there. I’m ok with that, since I generally get bored during the war/politics scenes, if they aren’t moving the lead couple’s story forward.
Where are you watching this drama? I am currently watching on Viki. I love it, so far. I have liked Go Kyung Pyo ever since Potato Star.... He is so often a second lead though... Please say he is the lead. I hate it when I ship the wrong guy.
What's Wrong with Secretary Kim. Cheese in the trap was great. Her Private Life was really good. Business Proposal was sweet and fun. My ID is Gangnum Beauty was ok.... From my choices of the above, it may be obvious I am a fan of romcoms. It's true :) Add a little mystery to that, and even better!
I like Yoon Shi Yoon. I was really excited for a minute, hoping this was just a weird translation for the title and it was really a Drinking Solo sequel. I have never heard of Work Now, Drink Later. Is the first season good?
This is such a good drama. Started watching while waiting for more episodes of Love Like The Galaxy. Finished it in just a week. Previously the only Leo Wu dramas I had watched were Fights Break Sphere season 1 and part of Nirvana in Fire (which I eventually dropped). His characters are so likeable :) Between FBS, LLTG, and TLB,, Leo Wu is fully one of my Favs now. Any of his other dramas I absolutely need to watch? Love both leading ladies, btw. More so Zhao Lu Si because she is such a wonderful comedic actress and romcoms are my usual fav. genre.
Lou Yao is obnoxious af he needs to go..............
😆 I think I would have found him adorable, if ai had not already been shipping her with General Ling. Since I see him as an obstacle now, I do get annoyed. However, hehh be is still sweet and I am kind of sad about the idea of him going back to his old fiancé
