I am watching on Viki. Waiting for the episodes and then waiting for english subs is killing me. Is there somewhere else I can watch them sooner or is Viki getting them as soon as anywhere else that has it? Saw a preview that I need to find again. I think it was Ling Bu Yi talking to Shao Shang's dad(I was not paying attention, at the time), something about him and Shao Shang having gone through stuff together, and the dad(i think) reacting in a shocked way. Can't wait to see how that plays out :)
It should be available on Cereal's youtube channel (though the last episode seems to be hidden): https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLOsWS9tKqJMfa3jH1UgUmXKRlT9OQzYId
They tease a romance, do not give you one, but I am not upset. Normally that is a deal breaker, for me. The story was told well, so despite the heavy events, it doesn't feel tragic. - As a lover of romcoms and the traditional hea, I will say, that I had to be in the right mood when I watched this, to appreciate it as well as I did.
I believe this is a strategic choice, to show his abilities... but tbh, for me, his project choices have gone…
Flashbacks are one of my pet peeves, in general. I don’t remember them bothering me in that, but Its been a long time. They probably did. I am a fan of the FL in Suspicious Partner.
JCW always owns the characters he plays. Every role that he plays is so different from the last. Ri Eul doesn't…
I believe this is a strategic choice, to show his abilities... but tbh, for me, his project choices have gone a little wide, for my personal tastes... and although I have really wanted to watch him in something again, many of the dramas he is in, are just not appealing to me. After watching Healer, I watched Suspicious Partner. Loved both. I do have a preference for romcoms. I will sometimes watch more serious stuf, but things that are important to me are good chemistry, interesting relationships, and that is not have a tragic/sad/unsatisfying ending. Have I missed one that you think I would like?
Samee I'm still not able to start let's eat 2 because of the diff leads. Kinda scared it'd ruin s1 for me lol
thanks. that is what I thought I might need to do. I see that someone is selling it on dvd with Chinese and English subs... I am trying to decide if I should just go ahead and buy it. Season 2 is actually my favorite season... but that one is not on dvd, that I can find.
interesting observation. It does have a different feel, than most Kdramas. What about it makes you think of Jdramas? ... and any in particular? - I am also looking to watch this again, but it is no longer on the site I watched it on. Do you happen to know where this is still available to watch?
Currently watching. I haven’t seen a daily in a long time. I am entertained with the over the top melodrama, and I can tell there are at least a couple birth secrets, the hint at a possible half sibling couple… I’m so confused at who will really be whose parents. I can’t wait to see how they work this out.
Re-watched it and it was exactly what I needed.. It is a ‘Romance is the Cure’ type of drama,, with a twist. This is my favorite drama for both leads. I especially love Chun Jung-Myung in this. He is perfect to play this complex character. There is also a wonderful second lead(to date also my favorite role I have seen him in), relatively less complicated but still not without his own flaws. although you may get a case of SLS, I think it will be short lived,
