I don't think her acting was good. She had pretty much one expression plastered on her face all the time (eyes…
I found her acting in My Name brilliant, her delivery of emotional outbursts and trauma was perfect โ but not only that, all the layers of her character there were understandable. That's why I was in high expectation for this role of hers in the new drama.... And got terribly disappointed. I didn't feel her character whatsoever, I didn't understand her personality (I mean... did she have a personality at all?) and her motives along with the plot were too easy and cheap... Guess what, we turned someone into a "monster".. ..you'll be shocked, it's the mother which FL is looking for! and on top of that..... the monster at the second encounter can magically recognize her and starts protecting her ๐ฑ๐ฑ shocking. Back to the acting though.... It wasn't good. The point is, it's hard to say if it was scripted like that, and the FL really was planned out to be so flat..... or if maybe she'd give us different impression had she been played by a different actress... we'll never know.
Awwwwww!!! ๐๐ฅ๐ that's terrific ๐ฎ Ahh, I can't wait for my man Joonhyuk's tremendous acting performance again, that will be a sweet reward after my exams (if I survive) ๐ฅฐ
Questions that nobody asks.... thank you for not letting me be the only one who sees the absolute lack of logic…
I admit the situation with the professor, but the scenario with the hospital encounter still seemed very unlikely to me, he was wearing a face mask on his mouth and the detective saw him only in a split of second to remember his eyes (which were the only thing visible โ I doubt he recognized him by his haircut). Yes he could've remembered his walk style or his height or whatever... but in such a short time..... even when he probably is ultra-deduction-capable officer.... That's why I didn't like it. However connecting the dots with the professor like you said sounds probable. Still it feels to me like things are happening too quickly or too conveniently here.... :| (yes there's only 8 episodes, which is why I think it feels too rushed, atleast 10 might've been better... but that's only my opinion)
okay i started this yesterday night and I have catched up until 6th epi(half way through), but i have doubts.…
Questions that nobody asks.... thank you for not letting me be the only one who sees the absolute lack of logic in this series. Cho Heon knew it was Ji Yong right away after he paid one visit to their school.... how exactly? It's the dumbest thing ever. The only one who has any chance of being firmly convinced that he's the vigilante is his school friend whose name I don't remember.
I don't wanna be a party pooper, I've been looking forward to this series like crazy. But I can't wrap my mind around the overwhelming praise and clearly nobody seeing that the story makes absolutely zero sense. I'm disappointed in how underdeveloped the plot is, I expected psychological depth and not such a rushed story with illogical resolutions. :/
wow wat a cast....... like where did they get the money for this?
Agreed 80 % of the cast is keeping my hopes up, but that new visual just now gave off a little weird low-quality vibe, I can't help myself.... I really hope it's just my stupid impression ๐ฅฒ
currently at episode 7 ...why is jin hogae always on the verge of dying pr always injured ๐. bhai kitna bechara…
I've been wondering the same in moments. That at some point it felt like creators have been putting him into life or death situations too often and too casually.... at the end of the day he always went to extreme lenghts for his cases and was "reckless" in a way, so it's simply a part of his character. To go over dead bodies, even if it's his own body...๐ ๐๐
I am at season 1 episode 11 ...song seol is too good for mutt dog ๐ญ. bulldozer deserves the world. we could…
I honestly think Jin's on a certain autism spectrum or he's got aspergers. It's very clear his mind works differently from others, he has his own world, strictly following his goal with extreme measures, somewhat detached and obviously not wanting to connect with people much. I really admire how they present his struggle with opening up and "self-loath", if you would.
However, the way Seol is making him realize that it's important to approach people gently and set up some priorities and boundaries is what's really nice. Not that the man always needs to be saved by the innocent pure woman, but here it somewhat feels like one of the healthiest portrayals of said trope I've seen.... I love the girl so much, one of the nicest female leads I've experienced.
I completely understand your frustration with Dojin, he's such a genuine, smart, caring guy and he deserves the world, I wouldn't say it better. It hurts me to see him like that, even when Seol appreciates and admires him dearly, but not in a romantic way ๐
best joke ever you probably need to see more low budget dramas ๐ถ this is one of the best ever made (and I'm very picky that sometimes I even hate myself for it ๐คฃ)
someone somewhere at SBS really didn't want this drama to do well hgjhjk the constant delays have absolutely murdered…
It was even good paced in my opinion if it weren't for the slow streaming. 12 episodes in 3 months ...... ouch. I should've just let it finish and then binge it instead...๐ฅฒ I think I missed or forgot many things in the process
It's very clear FL cares about ML and she somewhat looks out for him. ML has some nervous moments depending on what he's talking about with FL. But nothing else is ever implied by the 11th episode and they don't even have that many scenes together. They mainly focus on the crimes even when they're together.
Alright, here comes my opinion on this :P. I read the manhwa and liked the manhwa, so I already somewhat knew…
You're right, he came off waaaay too immature โ he was very intelligent when it came to knowing how to take care and to be empathetic, but too childish and like you said yourself mostly even dumb....๐ฅฒ But it's nice to see some BL stereotypes broken through (like having cold arrogant distant love interest and other too much emotionally depending on him). There was no red flag, there was a good healthy developement and I really wanna rate this somewhere between 7.5 and 8, because the acting was good actually, some camera shots too, but the story was "too simple".... so I don't know really ๐ญ
Not enough physical signs of affection, kisses and hugs, only talk and talk...? ๐ I don't need explicit scenes alright but I really need them to hug atleast once or something...damn show each other that you want each other... is this the lack you had in mind? ๐
