were for me experiences equally, drama-wise, fulfilling .. What interests me the MOST is when drama can HOLD and deal with two opposing forces within the character as well as within the drama .. and inhabit a grey scale for ALL (leads and second leads).
Dream of Splendor for me was definitely NOT in the same league as FP is .. or the ones I mentioned above .. But I did find it exceptional with a degree of unpredictability in its core .. A very fresh sort of drama .. It's 'performance' scenes were superb!! Also had great production budget .. tastefully executed.
I think the long drawn out .. not that well nuanced 'comedic' element jarred a lot .. plus some of the ML saving FL situations .. However its excellent OTP relationship and romance was top notch.
I caught up with The Blossoming Love and didn't mean to get into this yet as there are other completed dramas…
I was parallel watching Moonlight Mystique .. before I decided to peek at FP .. That was riveting in the early several episodes .. But went slack and lost its tautness and fell flat (for me) .. so when I saw FP I was like --- ooo baby bring this on .. hook line and sinker .. am all immersed ..
I have put MM on hold .. (not sure if I will return again .. it's really lost so much of its elasticity .. and the story has lost its way I felt).
