Recently I was watching an EXCELLENT drama that began with such speed and oomph .. and then as you said it began to DRAIN ME!!!
Literally had NO energy to go to the next episode ALTHOUGH I DID DID want to know what happens next .. it's the STYLE in which the eps swing you to the next eps MATTERS!!
Out of Frustration I jumped to the LAST EP to see who was where and lightly backtracked .. it could easily have been a 12-16 ep Kdrama .. tightly woven and added greater oomph to the lead Female ..
Anyway .. I was talking about BOSSAM : Steal the Fate WHAT A tragic waste ALL because of pace and lack of ep to ep hook after the first 6-7 eps .. which had decent pacing

I have NO idea why they didnt get a young actress to play that role - I heard that the ScreenWriter WANTED it with this elderly aged actress doing the teenager role .. (EYE ROLL)
