When I found Runyu, I knew I found a gem, there is no character whom swept me like Runyu did. From Rong Qi, Zhou Xiaoshan both left me in mourning for weeks to multi-faceted Tan Tai Jin. Each character is alive and memorable. A rare classic characters creator in C Ent.
When I saw his interviews, I was surprised by his quiet elegance and inner strength, all those fireworks of positivity in this graceful and beautiful actor.
When I found out everything else, he does so well, I know I’m in as long as Xixi wants to stay in Ent Industry. I haven’t found anyone I can look up and admire as I have admired Xixi.

No doubt FYH didn’t do well this time, Detawen reported Qiyi too much market share since Q1, Tencent has the highest this year, followed by Youku (thanks to TTEOTM last year) The problem wt. FYH, 6 screen writers, inconsistent plot, too many fillers. They can’t decide what to focus on: suspense, romance or comedy. Today market, script is the most important, Jinhe didn’t spend their $ carefully on script but on art and casting (FYH casting is v v good). On laughable marketing, Kiwi mess up big time, Jin He spent nothing, both Leo and Song Yi agency spent nothing too. But LYX got 9 on V Link and Detawen FYH stayed above 2 (except for 1 day)are miracle, show the true strength of LYX in China. Both V Link and Detawen data relied heavily on various trending in social media. Remembered LYX even only got 9 in V link 1 day for TTEOTM? Wt. TTEOTM popularity he should have stayed no 1 for the whole month, but both V Link and Detawen deducted actor score for every bad trending. And Leo had more than 2000+ bad trending during TTEOTM courtesy of Tencent, Qiyi and competitor actor agency.

On serious note: Really beautiful lens, real footage, excellent lighting everything is just like dream of splendor vibes. V strong F characters. Excellent acting down to support/guest role (tons of veteran actors) and no dubbing except for 2 support/guest actor. It's a light costume comedy. Song Yi is finally get the chance to show her real acting skill. She is good here.
Can Song Yi fans give me more info abt her agency? Why there is very little promotion abt her? Who else in that agency? While she got a few successful costumes, nothing highlights her acting ability like in FYH.
Started slow but pick up aft eps 7-8. This is a light comedy drama, what stands out is the beautiful cinematography like Dreams of splendor, strong female characters, good acting from all cast, no dubbing for all cast except 2 guest actors. Expect tons of laugh. Nothing too heavy plot wise. LYX as always nails his character.
HYX story is too good to never see the light. I’m not too worry abt “hate storm” not like he didn’t survive…

This year Qiyi is not doing well, Last year Qiyi was good. Looks like this year it is Tencent year and not Qiyi. Not helping both ML+FL agencies not promoting much unlike big artist agency. Normally comedy drama do v well with Qiyi audience.
