i dont think it should be that confusing, if they paid attention to what the character from the sect said before…
because C drama watchers watch drama and multi tasking 10 diff things cause usually they are filled with water plot. Now only the real story and this is new Hahaha....

Looks like Otter is v impressed with LYX acting ability to attract investment during HYX. Then they want him again to play for them so they look for IP together. Yunxi picked TTEOTM, novel not 100% finished yet. Total they selected 3 IP, but as one already sold, they bought 2. Yes That's rumor is heavily circulating among Big Fans, the same as HYX the same as TTEOTM both turned out to be true.
