From what I see, the story will take back in time when both Lee Yeon and Hong Joo were the mountain gods. The action of season 2 take place in 1930 but I think the major characters know each other long time before that.

If I have to guess, I think they will clash as they have a similar background and maybe some bad history between them. Or they will colaborate as good/former friends. Either way, I don`t see how this relationship will deny the story of season one like some people are afraid. From what I read the major concern is that Hong Joo will be a love interest. I don`t think she will be. She could be a childhood friend, a former fiancee who he left because he felt in love with someone else, an enemy, everything is possible.
They made Hong Joo and equal of the hero and I am glad for that. They did not do it for nothing. Usually the heroine of love interest is someone to be saved several time but it is not the case in this season. Hong Joo can take care of herself very well (at least on paper ). I still think this time Lee Rang will have a love story and not Lee Yeon.

We talk about what we think we`ll see in this season. I did not watch the first season so I don`t really know what to expect but I know the writer will respect the world she created. But what I really want is a good script.

If Kim So Yeon is in this drama I will watch even if I am not a fan of this genre. I hope this season will have an interesting story and characters.

I wanted for Kim So yeon to play a gumiho or another immortal being (if accepting the drama) and my wish become true. If she will play a former mountain god, she had similar powers as Lee Yeon. That`s what I wanted for her character, someone to be on equal footing with the hero.
I don`t know if it was mentioned about the four mountain gods in season 1, if they explored this story. I kind of like the idea that they explored the immortal world and how the mountain gods will interact with each other. Like clashing of titans in Olympus. They should have similar power and strong will. I wish we`ll see all four.
Why Lee Yeon has lost the status of mountain god ? Because he fall in love with a mortal woman and about his choices after that?
I am curious why Ryu Hong Joo lost the status and works now in a human world as a restaurant owner. I am curious about her story. It is very possible to be an nemessis for Lee yeon in this time period.
I see potential in the story, now let see if the execution will be fine.

Normal female lead? Kim So Yeon played a female lead long before Penthouse and I hope she will do it long after that. Cheon Seo Jin was just a character which she played very well . I am sure many people will remember her as Cheon Seo Jin but I hope they eventually can separate a role from the real actress. Reading a little about her character, I think the role suits her. I just hope the writer will give her an interesting and funny character.

Finally Kim So yeon has confirmed this drama. I can not say that I am very happy that she will do this drama but if she signed I will totally support her. I trust her to choose a good role for her. It is the first time she will be in a fantasy drama and probably this was a factor in her decission. Now I want more informations about her role.

A new project for Kim So Yeon! Yay! I am looking forward to watch PD Joo Dong Min `s new project (and I am very glad it is not crazy makjang again) and of course, So yeon`s scenes in this short film.

The question is he is rich to afford this attorney`s fee? I doubt he can live only with what he earns as a lawyer. I am looking forward to watch this drama.

I knew that the current dramas of Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum were filmed last year. Probably both have finished filming and they are free to start filming for Tale of Nine Tailed season 2. I assume the production is not ready yet but I wish we find some news. I never had to wait so long to hear a confirmation of So yeon`s drama. If she accepted this drama fine, if not, just fine but I have to know. Or to hear some news. Other casting news it will be fine as well , to know that things are moving in the right direction.

I start to wonder if seasons 2 and 3 are a done deal. I heard of other dramas that they have announded and even give casting offers and I never heard from them again. I just want to hear some informations about season 2 if there will be.

I am all for underrated actors and actresses. I just wish there is some news.

I know that Yeom Jung Ah has an offer for another drama.
It is possible that Song Il Gook accepted the offer for this drama but we don`t know for sure. I did not read any news regarding this. You know something else?

I think Song Il Gook will play the chaebol husband for the protagonist.
But he has accepted the offer or not?

There are so little information about the upcoming kdramas. They release more information when the airing date is approaching. Sometime not even the whole cast is revealed before that time. We don`t know almost anything about this drama and it is not a singular case.

I think it is possible for Wang Bit Na to take the role. I did not see her in anything but I checked her filmography and she seams to fit. We`ll see who will take the role. There will be two female leading roles (one the psychiatrist who becomes the daughter-in-law of a chaebol family and the other, the queen of a club that manages the secrets of VIPs.)
One of the writers wrote `Royal Family`. I watched just some scenes and I think `Killer Queen` will be something like that drama, and it is OK with me. The protagonists was Yum Jung-Ah and I can see her in this type of drama again.

Son Ye Jin in a makjang at TV Chosun? Unlikely, but I hope your wish will became true someday.
I hope it is a makjang that I like because I am not liking makjang usually, especially crazy makajng will lots of crazy stuff and screaming.
No news so far about this show. I don`t know who will get the female lead roles and I am curious. I don`t have a preference. But I have wanted to see Lee Mi Yeon took the offer.

Congratulations to So yeon for winning Daesang at 2021 SBS Drama Awards ! Well- deserved. I am looking forward to see her in the next project. I hope we`ll hear news about it.

I understand perfectly that it is a fantasy world. No need for capital letters. I did not say that everlasting love doesn`t exists. It was established that his great love is Ji Ah. I got it. I don`t think other seasons will change that. But I can except other kind of emotional conection (friendship/camaraderie).
And for people who loved the original couple to be happy (and not only for them), I wish the younger brother will have a love story in this season. That way everyone can relax. LOL

It is not official. I read the line up for the dramas and tvN had 5 dramas in the first half of 2022 and nothing about Tale Of Nine Tailed 2. But we`ll see. Maybe we`ll have a pleasant surprised.

Yeah, we know nothing. I wish they will release some information. It looks like this drama won`t air in the first half of 2022.
