Yu Meng Long's acting is not as robotic as in The Love Lasts Two Minds, but still pretty stiff. When Zhan Qinghong is stumbling while protecting him, he simply stands there not moving a mm until she lands on him, then only he extends his arm reluctantly to catch her. I don't know if this is intended (him to be motionless) or simply poor acting :(

After 5 episodes, I need to add one more term to the series - (it is) intelligent. The plot uses a lot of wit. Nice!

This drama is so refreshing - the girls are all badasses and forthright. So tired of those hiding their feelings in other dramas.

IKR! All these women are so despicable. They use low tactics to get their men whether they (the men) want to love them (the women) or not. When they (the women) get rejected, they can't understand why. Their logic is so weird and annoying, and such logic is prevalent in many Chinese dramas :(

Yeah, I see what you mean now, just watched ep 26 myself. This is really 'dog blood'.

Episode 32 - Feng Wu is supposed to be injured but the next scene, she's all well and taking care of another injured person. These people really work miracles.

Wait! What? Which episode is that? And who is Ting Ting again? (I'm so confused)

If we look at the details, it's like looking in the garbage dump; you have everything there, filthy and smelly. We just have to lower our IQ and look at the bigger picture - that is, Mowan/Moxin takes revenge, and helps Junqing to the throne, and HEA - just like how the synopsis describes. Sigh!

This drama does feel like a freewheeling drama with things coming out all over the place without warning. Despite this, it's still quite an addictive watch. Could have been pretty good if not because of the poor editing.

Still stiff in this one? Oh boy!

I wonder why the rating is so low on Duboku (2.0).

This is my go-to drama after watching all the other pull-out-my-hair ones. Really funny, well written and acted.

Let's see how Mowan is going to save Ye Junqing from being executed, probably by some far-fetched miracles. Just hope I don't roll my eyes so much.
