After episode 3, this is my take:

Light, funny, silly. A rather fun watch. Mystery. Possible hidden super villain. Same tropes. The ML and FL are pretty good but haven't grown on me yet. I'm going to watch a few more episodes.

OMG! Cheng Yi's laughter is scary XD.

Basically, He Zhong Hua (Xuanji's father) said, "I hope one day we can act as lovers". Then everyone laughed. He continued to say, it's not impossible. A girl asked Cheng Yi, is it ok with you? Then Cheng Yi said, hello everyone, I was acting as Si Feng in the drama, and he burst out that scary laughter. Then Yuan Bing Yan and He Zhong Hua had a skit as lovers. When they both sat down, He Zhong Hua said, "I have always acted as her master. One day we will act as lovers (I think he's eyeing at the steamy kissing scenes XD)." Throughout, Cheng Yi was expressionless. I think he's tired.

I pick up a lot, especially those phrases they use regularly, from watching dramas (what a good excuse to watch dramas XD).

Si Feng's master/father is also Yuan Lang's shī gē which means "brother in the same martial arts academy", ie. they both have the same master. The character handsome is read as "shuài" which looks very similar to "shī" but minus one stroke.

All the Chinese subtitles from mainland China are written in simplified form, but in historical dramas, the writings inside the stories use traditional form. Traditional form is harder not only because they have more strokes but there are many homophones, and different characters have to be used in different context.

What a pity they edited out the most precious scenes here. Those kisses definitely give a different feel for the viewers how passionate they are for each other. Wasted efforts on the actors' part.

Oh yes, those are real kisses! So passionate and .... erotic too. When she's kissing him all over and moving down to his body, MY GOD! This the first time I see a Chinese drama having scenes like these XD

If you're like some of us here, we vomit blood together with the ML, literally, whenever she comes on. Not because we dislike her; on the contrary. She's an important character but the ML gets hurt almost from episode 1 till the latest episode, time and time again, all because of her, and we the viewers' hearts bleed together. The irony is, each time, when he gets hurt, she would come and make him feel better, and then hurt him again. The whole thing keeps repeating itself. Right now, I don't know about others, but I have a hundred holes in my heart. Having letting out all my grievances, this is indeed a very addictive drama and we're enjoying it albeit are tormented by it too.

Have you deleted something? I saw only a picture of them smiling at each other. But in the drama, we also saw SF enjoying the moment with his eyes closed. The scene is rather erotic XD XD XD

The dialogues are as you've written here plus:

XJ: Why is the feather gone?
SF: (Laughing) My lovers' curse is broken (gone).

But the funny things are the comments from the video creator. They are really hilarious.

Overall, that scene is a s** foreplay (don't want to use the actual word here just in case minors are reading). Wonder why SF hadn't pounced on her :D

From how I understand the story, she couldn't feel anything, no emotions, no colors, no pain, nothing. But she can tell, for example, colors because she has been taught. So she can associate a certain flower for a certain color, but she didn't know how that color is supposed to look like. She can't feel pain, but she has been taught that if you're bleeding, you're supposed to be painful, if you are burnt, it's supposed to be painful, if you touch cold water, you're supposed to feel cold, etc. She has been taught the feelings but has never experienced them so she didn't understand how those feelings are supposed to feel like. Am I confusing you?

Hmmmm, wonder if I still need to watch this drama. From the synopsis, I've already known the whole story. Such detailed description.

I'm only half way through the first episode, it's hilarious and cute. Yes, I'm going to follow this. Some big names here too. Shen Lige (Song of Glory)'s big brother is back.

He's dying by episode 53. The mushroom he's cultivating to save his own life got eaten up by some caterpillars. What's more frustrating and tragic than that?
