Who would you like to end up with Wen Xi when she eventually reveals herself? I like all 3 guys. Really hard to…
LOL! Really? She ends up with the bookworm? Yeah, I do like bad boy/playboy types, but a lot of heartaches. For stability, bookworms are better bet XD

He's a normal scholar until he's being possessed by the evil spirit of the Kun Wu's King of Dragon (Long Huang).
Brace yourself.

It appears she likes Feng Cheng Jun. Really hard choice for me because all 3 are great in their own ways. If I'd have to pick one, I guess I'd go for Feng Cheng Jun too because I like book worm :D

Being an avid Cdrama fan I've watched just about every type of drama under the sun. This one isn't an award winner,…
Yes, I agree. I love it. It's so cute and relaxes me a lot!

If you want western TV Shows, you don't watch chinese dramas and expect to see something westernized. They have…
So true about the styles of Chinese dramas vs others. Even within Chinese dramas, Hong Kong, Taiwanese and Mainland dramas give us totally different experiences because they're so different in styles.

with only 4 episodes to go either we will have a rushed ending with major deaths or cliffhanger with a second…
Yeah, Chinese dramas always have lazy and shoddy endings. Easiest and fastest way is to kill off all the characters. What injustices they're doing to those fine actors.

I think Wen Xi may not be the Wen's daughter but the daughter of the Xue couple that Lei Ao is searching for and later paying tribute to at the grave.

I’m currently on ep .12 and so far so good!!! The acting is definitely on point and their visuals a no joke,…
They have used 3 exceptionally good looking tall (all well over 6 feet tall) male leads here, making Wen Bin (Wen Xi) look tiny. Average Chinese men are not this tall, so with a girl disguising as a boy is not that obvious under normal circumstances. And as she is, Wen Xi does look like a pre-puberty or malnourished boy. It's pretty notorious that small little men are normally very smart and cunning :D

Actually there are really such boys around, especially the super smart ones. They normally get bullied a lot for being looking like girls. So it's quite believable that everyone believes she's a he but they also find 'him' very girly as they've always commented (like no hair on 'his' legs, no whiskers, liking girly stuff etc).

so far we have quirky and funny FL. Interesting, rebellious Yu Le Xuan whose motives are unknown. Cold revengeful…
I'm enjoying this drama so much. It's like those youth school dramas but in a historical setting. There's also a kind of bromance here - both Feng Cheng Jun and Lei Ao get jealous when Wen Bin (Wen Xi) spends time with the other. And Ju Jing Yi's acting is great, so natural even as a boy.

This is so frustrating... I can't wait to see the way it end..hopefully it' s a happy ending, otherwise it will…
If Yun Shan is really dead, I'm afraid that's how they may end the story too: everyone dies like how they did it for "I Will Never Let You Go" and some others. This is the easiest and fastest ending, and the most annoying one too. I wonder why all these writers don't learn :(

Do you think there's a possibility of second season? Cause it'll be super absurd to try and finish everything…
I don't understand why if they need a second season because they have only 28 episodes here; it's not like they have over 40 or so and they need to cut it down to pass the regulation. Ending this drama dangling there would be a disaster. I think more viewers will be put off and not be bothered to pursue the second season anymore. After all there are still so many dramas out there waiting.

Plagiarism or not, this is a very enjoyable drama. The acting is good. The men are hot. The characters are adorable. The humors are subtle. I'm in!

This looks like a new and old mix type of drama. Crazy silly stunts. Comedic dialogues. Reminds me of the old Hong Kong drama style. So far, can't say I like it.

So many love triangles and only 4 more episodes to go to resolve all the entanglements and save all the races. They even spend so much time with people sleeping, one staring at the other. Sigh! I hope they don't do a quick one by killing off everybody - as in the final episodes of many Chinese dramas.

Sick of all the flashbacks that is totally wasting previous minutes despite having only 28 episodes.
Yeah, I fast forward all the flashbacks with music reminiscing the old days when there are more important things to take care of. Those scenes are so slow and intolerable. What is the writer thinking? This is potentially a great drama, just to be ruined like this.

I don't even dare to watch the trailers anymore. I know I'm going to be heart broken.
Yeah, light and cute in the beginning, heart breaking later. This heart breaking is very different from The Song of Glory. It's about enemies of 2 different races falling in love. Each has his/her mission. There's no right or wrong, so the conflict is very hard to resolve, hence the heart wrenchingness.
