You're so right! Who cares about getting married just for the sake of it and having children just for passing on the genes. Unfortunately, this is exactly the mentality most people in China still have, and hence the in-equilibrium in current Chinese society - more men than women. I have witnessed some of the best relationships between same sex marriages, and some of the worst relationships between hetero marriages. Many hetero relationships may even become violent and lead to the deaths of the spouses. It's just so sad that our society still cannot accept better and healthier relationships for a happier life.
These two.... can't seem to get enough of them. XD
Yah, that's quite true: XZ knew what he got himself into when he accepted the role. I guess he was quite desperate at that point because according to his interviews, he was at his nadir. Anyway, true or not true, these two sure give us a lot of eye candy to relish for months to come, probably we'll be sick of it one day with too much candy. XD.
Agree 100% instead of coming out with all these faked rubber mannequins. World population is exploding. Who cares about passing on the genes to next generation? (I'm going to be slammed left right and center.)
These two.... can't seem to get enough of them. XD
Actually BL is a taboo for many traditional Chinese families. Xiao Zhan is a very filial pious son, and he listens to his parents and cares about their feelings. We can see pretty obviously despite all the interactions he has with YB, he tries to steer clear. Just that YB is the one who doesn't care or can't help himself. He just adores his Zhan Ge so much.
These two.... can't seem to get enough of them. XD
Hahahaha, no one can control YB including his parents; he's the untamed one. But XZ's parents must be freaking out seeing and hearing all the things shipping their precious son with YB. LOL!
I wonder who has watched:1. The Living Dead2. Jade DynastyAnd what are your verdicts?
Well, I like XZ's portrayal of Zhang Xiao Fan in Jade Dynasty better than Li Yi Feng's. But I feel the overall thing is too rushed and not enough character development especially for Bi Yao (hardly get to see her at all). Also there's no development of them falling in love either. The whole movie seems to be taken over by fighting scenes created in CGI. Despite I love movies with humors, I find this one too cartoonish to my liking.
As for Living Dead, they've lost the celestial feeling that they have in The Untamed. It makes me feel like watching just another movie, not really related to The Untamed despite they teased us by partially showing WWX and Gusu's Cloud Recesses. On top of that, it feels like it is getting a piggyback ride off The Untamed, though we have also hoped to see The Untamed revisit.
Cute Yibo lost his way becoz of XiaoZhan??? xD xD xDOmg... i cant stop smiling ^_______^https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3V2djkcz-U
Hahaha, apparently he was watching XZ when XZ was coming on the stage, and didn't notice his team had retreated. When he finally realized he had to go, he couldn't find his way. Such an adorable moment. Did you see the look on his face?
My ideas about the different character relationships change too each time I watch. Although, on my first watch…
So I watch this video, sigh, no wonder I keep seeing cute stuff between them, not my imagination, it's all the body language. https://youtu.be/ExG0N-iveAM
Actually, I like their comments, given that they may never have watched any Chinese historical dramas, let alone xianxia dramas. The trailer is of course confusing for someone who doesn't know what is going on - why the two guys were good friends and then started fighting, why they all in white robes, etc. But I can tell it stirs up their interest and the dude even gave 300/100 rating compared to American dramas, that's a super nice compliment.
