Hey guys! I don't mean to ruin your parade, but I would take this news with a grain of salt. Yibo has been rumored…
Thanks for the heads up. Actually as far as I'm concerned, I just want some news about Yibo and Xiao Zhan, any news at all because I'm missing them so much. :D
Heck! There goes my "pure" and "clean" image of our Zhan Zhan :((And after your video, this video of Wang Yibo…
The most hilarious thing is (towards the end of the video) when he was asked how many packs (abdomen) he is having now (he used to have 6 packs), he answered as a matter-of-factly, "one pack." XD. Silly and yet so honest Wang Yibo!
Wang Yibo will be shooting a new double male lead drama, Being a Hero (Ice Rain). Sorry to disappoint you, the other male lead is not Xiao Zhan but Chen Xiao. Shooting will start in February. For the two male leads, one will play a police officer, the other a drug dealer. Which role do you think Yibo will play?
would you recommend this drama for someone who is still a beginner to chinese dramas? I'm also on a huge drama…
You should watch this drama. But you should also need to understand that this is a fantasy, what we call "xianxia", therefore, there is a lot of things one may not fully understand right away, such as flying up to the roof/ flying on swords, invisible forces etc. There is a lot of information under the Discussion board that you can go read up for background if you are very confused with the terms used, names, or weapons etc. I myself was in a blur in the beginning, and managed to understand and love this drama. Hope the same for you. Happy viewing!
I'm still here too! I'm always here XD I just don't always have time to comment.
I know. Only when some badass comes along dissing our beloved drama, or when some innocent souls commenting not seeing any romance here, then you would come out in full force with your Qiankun pouch. XD XD XD.
I don't know the answer to your question, but I am sure that even if there was something, they would not show…
I wonder who this faggot is, forbidding the use of the term "sexy" to characterize Xiao Zhan. Who? Me? Guilty as charged (tongue sticking out).
Actually I wasn't banning the term "sexy". Just that Xiao Zhan comes off as a "perfect", "pure" and "clean" person and I love that image of him. Of course, he's still a normal human being who can make mistakes and go through highs and lows in his life. I just feel calling him the sexiest man on the planet doesn't really fit his personality and image. After all, this is just a frivolous label which I don't think he cares to own (or maybe he does?) Let's be honest, this is show biz. Everything is based on perception and image.
I know it must be very tired for him to have to always put up a perfect image for everyone to see. Every word he says he has to think through probably 100 times. It's really painful for me to watch him this cautious, fearing a mistake may be capitalized by those who want to bring him down. Yes, I wish he were just like the character he plays in Wei Wuxian - wild, fearless of what others think of him, and live a care-free life. As fans, all we can do is to wish him well.
Wow! Great analysis. You have to be an analyst or some sort.
Yes, from your clear analysis here, it does show that those votes of score 1 are indeed suspicious. Luckily there are only about 60 or 1.56% of them. And one can speculate they are likely coming from rival dramas or rival fans or simply bigots.
Actually getting an average score of 8.9 from the 44- 54 age group which represents slightly over 2% of the overall users who rated, is very good. Don't be too tough on yourself. :)
Firstly, I have no idea how WN turned into this uber confident man. There's no trace of that stuttering cinnamon…
You mentioned you ranted on this page while you're on The Untamed page, so I come here to read your comments.
You've said everything I want to say, point to point. Like you, I love the scene when they show WWX and his wise words, but on the other hand, I feel it's a cheap play on our emotions, and I don't really appreciate it. I can't re-iterate enough that they've made the gentle Wen Ning into an American hero type of character, and Dr. Octopus from Spider-man 2 comes to mind. His intelligence and rational thinking in solving mystery/crime make him look like Sherlock Holmes. For crying out loud, why they can't they create something more original, like The Untamed? And the introduction of the Yin metal out of the blue is simply confusing for any viewers who have not watched The Untamed.
To tell the truth, I feel myself very generous in rating this drama, due to the fact that it's related to CQL (I'm giving face to the CQL team), and I don't want to hurt the feelings of the Suibians/ CQL fans. Had it been on it's own as an independent movie (it's supposed to be for people who have no knowledge of the drama), I believe my rating would have been a lot lower.
I realized we Suibians have become something of a family after spending so much time talking about CQL and everything…
Nah, I'm not leaving anytime soon unless someone takes away my computer. But I still have my cell phone (hopefully). It's too comfortable here in this rabbit hole. Winter is coming. I need to hibernate here. XD.
Good for you, finishing in 4 days. XD. Now you can join us in this rabbit hole. Here are what you can do next…
Oh ya, missed that one. Thanks for bringing it in. Never heard any audio dramas before, and this one is amazing! Very revealing, if you know what I mean. XD
And after your video, this video of Wang Yibo auto-plays:
