I think that Reunion Inn girl is a doll and the red ribbon around her neck is connecting her head to her body.
The inn owner never mentioned he had a wife or family after the army. I was wondering how he got the daughter. Your answer here is very plausible.

Another demon created the body to look like her father to dodge the mirror demon who said he was almost fooled.
There's still a lot that has not been unfolded. It seems there are many demons involved here. A old demon commissioned our mirror demon to kidnap FL's father. Then another demon helped him dodge the mirror demon. As of now, we don't know why.

It's very good and fast moving. Quite a lot of humor, and a lot of actions. Great believable CGI as well.
