Sounds like I stopped watching right before FL reclaims her agency. I actually like her for that - she is unapologetically herself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It was nice and warm to read them.

Also, it doens't make sense for FL to be so desparate. She has a fiercely protective, loving family. She has a good job. She was engaged to a man who loved her and wanted to marry her. She was a normal, functioning adult, who had some hiccups (eg wasn't popular in school) but has massive safety net with family and a friend. So I really do not get why she is so desparate for emotional unavailabe man. If anything the pretty miss Oh fits this desparate character better given her trauma, but she instead has much healthier reaction and self-presentation.

I think I just need a listening ear, so feel free to ignore this if anything,

I was looking for a comfort watch and decided to watch this drama because of the writer. But I really cannot make it beyond episode 11. I think I get which plot twist you are talking about, but for me, it is more than that. It is too hard to watch adults who do not reflect, change, or grow. The entire plot is just push and pull for no reason. I get that times were different 10 years ago, but I still wish there was more depth, more development, and less screaming.

Also, I am really saddened by messages like, 'I just need a man, any man, so I'm not bored, even if he hurt me deeply,' or 'There are things I can only tell a man I've known for a month, but not a friend I've known for 20 years.' I get the need for a safe space with a partner, but at this point, I am not even sure what a relationship actually means to the writer or the characters.

Yeah, I got so confused myself, I didn't fully get that part. Would love some expanation if someone understood it fully.

I think it might make sense to give it a try and see if you enjoy it. I personally decided to put it on hold. The pacing and cinematography is peculiar for me. Also while it is dialogue heavy, the plot is not moving much, so I lost connection to the story and stopped caring about characters. I did enjoy the Double (2024) a lot which is a revenge story of similar style.

He shut her down pretty hard. Basically her setting him up was becase she didn't expect antyhing and he said he wants to go on a blind date. So she just did what she could to save her face. But I get your point, it definitely will create some tension in the next episode.

They used a lot of source materials from SR relationship on Babi's season 2, so I was wondering myself when it happened if there will have enough new ideas to develop season 3 relationship.

But in the story we were told that there are 81 or so fragments in the world and Ji Ling hunted and destroyed them over the years one by one. So if he got erased from the story, he removed only 2 fragments (the one in the stone leader and another one in Lu Wuyi), but the rest are still left.

So then did Wu Wangyan die?

Did everyone die and happy ending was an illusion or did they rewind time? Even if they prevented the fragment from entering LWY, there still could be multiple fragments in the word. Anyhow, did someone understands how the time works in the end?

I didn't have that. But I had someone who came after me personally after I expressed that I am not enjoying one show for whatever reason. They sent me without kidding what felt like 2 pages document with offenses and telling "go film better show". I didn't read it much but you can imagine it left aftertaste. So yeah, I get that interactions here can be complex and weird.

I simply offered another perspective. I am not defending Yumi's behaviour, I am saying that if less screen time was given to all those actions, they will be more in passing and less annoying to viewers.

If you do not want people to comment and engage with your comment that is totally fine and there are multiple ways how one can do it. For example, one can just add "please do not comment if you disagree". Seems respectful of everyone's time. Otherwise, this is a public comment forum that exists for people to comment and reply.

I think Kim Go Eun did a show before with very short hair, so it might not have time to grow. But she looks amazing! Yumi in webtoon has short hair as I recall.

We woudn't have season 3 if the first 2 were happy. But, I really liked those other seasons. Real relationships are messy.
