Why did they show the epilogue of LN stopping/noticing/gazing at SZT in Lime’s lobby on her interview day? That totally contradicts his verbal disinterest in her during the interview as well as his dismissals of her as a worthy employee

I’m wondering if they delayed that part for Ep21? If so, there wouldn’t be enough time for the breakup/reconcilation

Ep20 was so sad 😭 and it was expected from the novel, but the grief was portrayed differently. Not sure if this was the direction but SQ’s performance was overshadowed by QTQ? In the novel, the focus was more on SZT

SZT’s character in the novel was ashamed of her FWB relationship in the novel and didn’t have a this Senior that she confided in. This Senior character is added to the screen

From my perspective, Flora and Luke are still at the beginning stages of learning each other and this whole modern notion of labeling flag colors to describe each of them makes them so 1-dimensional with no possibility for growth and maturity. I signed up for their passionate attraction, the unavoidable angst and their enduring love 🔥😢🥰

A healthy, committed and secure relationship takes hard work, filled with many enduring sacrifices from both sides of the proud/stubborn/passionate/immature couple to fortify that wall of protection from outside defenses. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have basically been through a plethora of trials and tribulations in our 30 year relationship and still have moments of friction and harsh-word-slinging at certain points of our lives. We learned and grew our strong loving bond through many miscommunications and hardships 🥰

I loved JBR in Us&Them, a gritty aspiring character, but having a difficult time seeing him outside of this LN character. The chemistry here in TES is palpable and I applaud him for having such a secure dating life that allows him to act with this kind of Luke intensity

SZT is basically the female version of guy roommate, hence, the attraction to the opposite is so much more exciting

Half of their relationship was based on LDR due to their work travels, in the novel
