Why did someone change this to 7 episodes? It's still 10 episodes, they're just not all released at once? And they also changed Season 2 to 3 episodes, but that is still 10 episodes too, 20 in total 🤣
It's like this: Gyeongseong Creature Season 1 (10 episodes): 7 episodes released on December 22 3 episodes released on January 5
Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 (10 episodes): Release not confirmed yet, probably later in 2024
I might be a minority but I loved Do-san and Dalmi together ❤️
I don't think you're in the minority; the rating wouldn't be over 8.0 then, considering how those rooting for SML have been spamming 1s everywhere. They're just a loud minority.
"In 1999, Lee Jung-jae was detained by Gangnam Police for driving under the influence and causing a collision with another driver, a 23-year-old woman. Lee refuted the charge, claiming his manager was driving. Three years later, he was charged with the same offense.
That same year, he and a friend drunkenly attacked another man and were charged with assault. He was charged with assault again the following year after he allegedly dragged a 22-year-old woman from a nightclub in Busan and kicked her, causing injuries that required two weeks of recovery in hospital.
Fast-forward to 2013 where, in an interview with Vogue Korea, Lee appeared to out his friend and prominent stylist, Woo Jong-wan, soon after his suicide. Before he died, Lee claimed, “I said to [him], ‘You should stop being gay. Haven’t you been that way enough?’” He went on to describe Woo’s homosexuality as an “inconvenience.” The quotes were subsequently pulled from online versions of the interview."
The drama is now searchable on Netflix, and the brief English description is: "A pitiless demon becomes powerless after getting entangled with an icy heiress, who may hold the key to his lost abilities — and his heart." The genre descriptors are "romantic" and "intimate".
kim yoo jung is pretty but I blame the fact that she always got school girl roles that I still see her looking…
If you struggle with a 24-year-old actress playing a rich businesswoman, I can't imagine how hard it must be for you to believe that Song Kang is a 200-year-old demon 🤣
I didn’t realise this was historical genre, I’m so sad I was looking forward to this cast
It's set in 1945, so a historical drama, but not a sageuk in the way you would refer to a Joseon-era drama. The costumes seem quite low-key, so you may not notice the period setting much.
According to this recent naver article this will be 16 episodes and will come out in the second half of 2024.…
I don't think it's gonna be a romcom. Nothing about the synopsis makes it sound like a comedy. I'm pretty sure it's just an error and that it'll be melodrama/life like APS's previous work. The comments from the actors upon confirming their appearance also seem to support this.
Inside MBC's board room: "Okay, so hear me out. We'll release this awaited drama with these very popular actors with just one episode per week. But wait! We'll also premiere it at a time where we know that the programming will be disrupted, instead of holding it, so it'll be like one episode every other week. What could go wrong?"
It will be branded as an original, because it will be distributed on Netflix internationally. But it is an SBS Friday-Saturday drama in Korea. It's not produced by Netflix, and it will be released weekly, not all at once.
It is worth 9.0 if that's what people have given it on average. Your opinion does not count more than that of…
It counts as her opinion, but her view of what the drama "deserves" makes no difference to the thousands of people who have given this drama the rating it currently holds.
This is not Worth 9.0Enjoyable drama is not equal to quality.
It is worth 9.0 if that's what people have given it on average. Your opinion does not count more than that of the the roughly 4,000 people who have rated the drama so far. Shocking, I know.
