Netflix's slate is pretty full and they already have some dramas lined up for 2027, so if they do decide to postpone this drama then they won't suffer much. I kind of think they'll just release it though. Tax evasion doesn't carry the same weight as drugs/DUI/assault and the like. But who knows, it's a big story.
You’d think that it is a given, if there is going to be a s2 of a kdrama (that is the continuation of the same…
You would think it was a given that Lee Jung Ha would be in Moving S2 as well but sometimes main roles are recast because the original actor can't/won't do it. Confirmation is nice.
I think I’m gonna wait and see whether this is actually gay or just a bromance before making a watching decision.…
It's romance, but it's always been marketed as an understated queer drama, not a "BL". So if people expect a romcom or steamy scenes, they should probably adjust their expectations.
I don't think Netflix will cancel or postpone this. Koreans may boycott but I doubt international fans will care…
It’s not unprecedented for them to cancel a release. They did it with the global release of The Match after Yoo Ah-in’s scandal. Of course drugs are not the same as tax evasion/fraud, but I’m sure Netflix are not thrilled with this development—especially if he kept it from them, considering he knew for a long time before he even went to the military and while he was filming promotional content.
This is misinformation. There is no criminal investigation. He did not evade taxes and he is not going to jail.…
Well it seems clear that the companies are not legit, but rather "paper companies" that don't provide any actual services, in which case it is both tax evasion and fraud. So we'll see.
If you're going to set up a company to funnel your income through so that you get the lower corporate tax rate, then you should at least try to make it seem like a real company ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I remain baffled that Lee Jung Ha somehow couldn't postpone his military service further. He's just 27 and plenty of actors recently enlisted at 29, and they did not have better reasons than Moving 2.
Not sure how his agency advised him in this matter but it seems like a huge mistake. Bongseok was an iconic character for him, and now someone else gets to take over and put their mark on it.
Crazy how just from a brief clip you can tell Hyunwook is going to kill it again. There's nothing of his recent characters to be seen in Lee Kang; he disappears into his roles so well.
I liked his brief appearance in Study Group, but watching this, it's clear to me that Hong Min Ki still has a lot to learn as an actor. He just doesn't feel natural in this role; his facial expressions are either blank or not very interesting (this is especially evident in scenes with NJH, who is really good). He also has the tell-tale inexperienced acting habit of chuckling/exhaling before saying many of his lines.
He has potential though, and clearly the looks to be a male lead one day, so I hope he keeps working hard.

It's also tagged under LGBTQ+ series on Netflix.
