lunar New Year likely had something to do with it. that or they just want it to neatly end on Friday
Valid, but the main villains always thrive in these daily dramas 😠I knew the fake identity plot wasn't gonna last long though. It was ultimately gonna pivot to the TS takedown at some point. Also, it's a reflection of real life... evil always gets away. Sometimes it even triumphs over good.

Fair enough, but tbh I don't like it when reveals drag on too much either. But this tends to happen with the more fast-paced daily dramas. Also there still aren't some reveals... like who's Se-Hun's bio dad, Tae-Seok's past, what happened to Young-Chae's dad, etc...
So because I can pretty much no longer watch this anywhere online, I ended up having to read the NamuWiki article(s) and SBS VOD archive summaries. Let me just say, they were... rollercoasters. 😠I've effectively finished this drama for now, I plan to revisit it someday. Highly recommend it, though. My score is a 9/10 and Yu-Kyung was a badass.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?), I am rooting for Gi-Tae here. Gun-Young is too goofy for me to take seriously at all and I find him annoying. And that laugh of his creeps me out... bro reminds me of Ju Dan-Tae from Penthouse 💀 I like Ye-Jin though, she's a feisty badass. Also, I hate it in k-dramas where the girl kicks someone's ass and the guy's like "don't disobey me again!" She just saved you, bro! Let her do her damn thing! 🙄 Really good drama so far, though.
Can’t see Yc seeing… I see nansuk being a grandma 😂 she’ll reluctantly give back the money I think
True lol. Well I'm guessing the writer wanted to subvert the whole "adopted/bad relationship vs. biological/good relationship" trope, which she did a good job of.

They also need to remind us that no, Ha-neul is not Nan-suk's bio son and just stepson. 😂 But they have a better bond. I find it sweet! Not sure about the bond with BBQ Auntie... 50/50 on that one lol
I can't watch any further than episode 69 on the site(s) I'm using, so I may need to drop this. What a shame, I was really enjoying it too and I loved Yu-Kyung as an FL... didn't even reach episode 80.
Yes, I did start First Man, so far it's pretty slow. Not much happens but it's started to pick up now!
I hope Nan-Suk changes, because her randomly flipping back to her old ways is dumb AF! 😂
