i'm not just referring to perfect match. look at the other dramas under her belt; she's main lead in many of them. and as i said, it doesn't matter whether there are intimiate/kiss scenes or not. it's still concerning because they are still considered a romantic pairing. fans who ship them may make edits of them, write fanfics of them (who knows what kind of ff they'll write??) and even ship the actors together in real life!
you mentioned that HTT's character is supposed to be 17. in that case, i'm curious how old her love interest's character is supposed to be? if he's between 16-19 (20 if i REALLY stretch it) then i'm okay with her playing the role. but if he's 21+ (both character and age) then there's another issue: why are they pairing a teen with an adult?
