Tbh I don't think they even expected that it'll cause such a commotion. Now they (and every BL director out there) will know to never-ever use kiss scenes that LOOK (even remotely) like they're using camera angle.

I just wanted to say that I don't understand all this commotion about Bright's thumb.

I watched the episode, then scrolled to read comments on YT and saw a bunch of people angry about some thumb. Thumb? What thumb? I felt like I didn't understand some joke and my intelligence was very low, and then another kindhearted person explained to me that it's covering their mouth.
I was so focused on their eyes that I didn't even notice that thumb :o Kissing scenes are not all about mouth, people
