I did not see anyone say it wasn't problematic though, by all means it is horrible and im sure people know that but that does not mean it is romanticized if its portrayed rightfully that was the point of me and everyone else if that is what you mean

Spoiler : Kinn sends Pete to spy on Vegas but he ends up getting caught. Vegas then r@pes him and tortures him but during this time pete sees how his father is treating him, he gets compared to kinn alot and underneath this brutal, cold exterior vegas is also suffering alot and pete notices that and his feelings start to change, he falls in love with vegas and vice versa vegas will realize his mistakes and will release pete after there is alot of development between them

I never said it does not exist however when it comes to portraying a story it gets different perspectives espacially if its based on such a complex book

First, I thought you meant romanticizing r@pe since there are several comments about that however It was never confirmed it was Stockholm Syndrome either, pete witnessed vegas's pain and the conflicts between him and his father and did see through his life, he knows vegas past his brutal personality so there are many perspectives to that, its not like he fell in love only because he kidnapped and tortured him and now he is attached to that or something
