Also, they showed scenes of him as a kid during the war where Huo family was slaughtered. I would think heold enough to rmb who is his parents unless he selective amnesia bc of trauma

I always assumed lby thought Ling guy is his father, but I think he already knew from the very beginning that Huo is his biological father. That's why he's so set and stubborn on revenge. I believe he wanted to find who the real culprint is or maybe he needed evidence hence why he didn't kill Ling. Cuz it doesn't make sense to hate the "father" so much just bc he married another and forsakened his "mom"/aunt

So I watched a video on wb explaining the situation in ep 21 or 22 (don't rmb which ep). It's when CSS went to explore the temple and found out 2 msytery guys speaking about dethroning the crown prince. Well turns out lby was the 3rd guy...there's a total of 3 guys, not 2, during that discussion. lby came down to kill the person that listened in on the secret but when he found out it was css he switched and pretended to save her. I questioned how he would have her pendant if he came up from the bottom of the stairs...he wouldn't have seen the pendant since css dropped it before she came all the way down and met lby. So, lyb came down the stairs and saw her pandent and picked it up. This is good indicator that he was one of the people discussing about the crown prince.

Ep 23 is was cute and funny. Lby doing everything he can to intertwine his relationship with css and to mske her stay at his manor and then these 3 burgers appear and ruin everything.

Did snyine notice when css said lby's manor is too solemn and no single ladies/maids. Lby then said you are enough

A total of 50+ eps. It tends to drag later on with too much filler eps. I hope this one won't have as much.

While waiting for next week to come is anyone watching immortal samsara (yz and cy). I tend to watch the first half then slowly drop the drama with xianxa even tho i keep telling myself i like xianxa haha. For those that have watched is it good??

I haven't watched the eps yet but I've watched a couple clips and i saw the part where the king told her to ignore everyone and go with her instincts. No one cam object bc he(king) is here. Then it comtinues from there. I teared 😢. Plus the speech from lby.

We can definitely see that King is more lenient and dotes on the concubine more than the queen. Queen follows protocals to the T and is more careful around the King. Concubine is more carefree and treats the king as a normal husband, almost of same status. I heard the queen has a sad ending. Part 2 will definitely have a lot more political actions going on.

Yes, no similarities. But I haven't been into a drama for quite awhile after GA. YAMG was a close one but i had to power throigh the egame components. I am very very excited for Road to Home next year. Read the english translstion and enjoyed the reconciliation and romance.

I'm on ep 22 and I'm enjoying it. Not as immensely as GA, no drama can triumph my craze for GA, but LLTG is definitely a good one I'm enjoying. I haven't dropped it yet and I'm near the end of Part 1, also haven't skipped any scenes. I skipped and skimmed a lot with BW and ADOS (eventually dropped). I've quite enjoyed Lusi's character in this drama and her acting has improved. I enjoy the subtle comedy and find it quirky. Also, Wulei's horse riding skills are to be admired. Overall, I would suggest this drama to watch until Flight airs haha.

I heard 7's propaganda drama will air this year since it's a short series. Did you see her live stream for her product ad. I really like her hairstyle, she should do more long curly style

The scene of css and luo's discussion on why they should breakup was very touching. They did it for the greater good. Css really matured, both sacrificed their happiness, especially luo puppy.

This burden of his is why I feel he's not fit for CSS yet, not until he exacts his revenge so he's finally at peace. Hence why I find CSS' 4th engagement to be truly meant for.

I do admire and appreciate that lby isn't the type of man that HAS to have fl be with him. He's not the type to think that bc he likes her then she should be with him bc he can treat her right. Instead, he respects her decisions and thinks in her shoes. He hopes she has a happy life with Luo puppy, so even if she's not with him, he'll take the pain alone as long as she's happy. I feel like that's true love, a selfless love. lby will even help Luo puppy to be an official in a different city if that's what css wants. But, it's also stiffling bc he won't take a step forward and grab his chance. Which is why it's going to be such a breath of fresh air when he finally does it in tmr's ep.
