I read mixed reviews of this novel. My friend started reading the eng translated version of this but she didn't enjoy it as much. She said it's more male centric (at least up to where she read). Hopefully the drama will have better results since we can visualize the onscreen cp.

Thanks for the reply! I guess this drama was rumored to be adapted from novel long before rumors of the actors. I also heard that the author wanted Allen again, but I guess the timing or w.e didn't work out.

May I ask, did you know the actors that will play this (Seven and JBR) when you posted your comment 6 months ago? Or are you referring to different actors or no actors at all. I'm just curious and confused since rumors of Seven and JBR was less than 6 months.

Yes. It's been rumored for at least a month already, maybe even longer since I don't rmb when it was first rumored. Jbr is scheduled to fly to Karamay (a city in north of Xinjiang Uyghur) today (Feb 19). I believe he is filming his scenes first (maybe his military post scenes) while seven might film hers a later date, rumors are saying filming will start March. So perhaps her scenes will start in March, while jbr is already starting his.

Why are there comments varying from even 9 months ago when this Road to Home site was only posted a year or two ago

Idk much about the plot of this drama or novel. But I do hope Seven acts in this type of genre more.

Yes news about it which associates to Allen only. It stopped associating to Seven for a while now and has gone to associate to Esther Yu, Liu Shishi, Bailu etc. Currently fl is uncertain but it keeps referencing Allen. Whether they collab again or not, I do hope Seven take a period/fantasy drama since that's a genre she's never done.

Yes, he scammed her with the TV and also he had the audacity to ask 50/50 when he paid 7% of the apt. Like wow, what a cheap scum. So glad she saw the true him and got cheated.

Ive forgotten about it, but I have watched it. I like the actress, not so much of the actor. So i skimmed it. It's a bit different since Jealousy Incarnate is about weather forcast ladies, felt more like a beauty pageant, they are the forefront of weather broadcasting. Refreshing to see how fl finally stood up for herself. Man I was getting so frusterated. I even clapped when she finally told him off. One slap wasn't enough, she should've kicked his balls.

I've never seen a weather forecast genre drama before, so this is pretty novel. Though, I'm not really interested in weather forecast (brings back unpleasant memories of geography in post sec), I'm more interested in the devleopment of romance between the leads.

Wow so two cheaters got together, what a perfect couple. I don't like how both ml and fl handled the situations, why are they so polite to these cheaters. I feel like they are doormats and I feel very oppressed when watching them interact with their respective cheaters.

Where's your source? Dont get me wrong, I would love for these two to collab as I personally think they have the best onscreen chemistry. But, realistically it's not happening....at least not with this drama. I haven't heard anything confirmed and the rumors was last year. It wasn't even a strong wave of rumors, just sparcely thrown here and there. Sometimes actors are associated to dramas to give the drama hype and attention. Seven and Allen have been associated to collab many times already and none of it ever happened. But, I do believe and hope that after Home, Seven will film a period drama since she already filmed 3 moderns.

I keep seeing the trailer or scenes on wb and it already makes me tear up.
