Someone with “no charisma” managed to be the annual ratings champion for three years? Seems like the audience…
You just slapped yourself in the face. Tsy has no agency from the start. She was a solo individual agent from the very beginning. Everyone knows that. So by you saying she won the awards by connection and her agency, since she doesn’t have an agency and connections but only her hard work. Then you meant she won those awards by her own acting skill and public favouritism. Thank you for your compliment and acknowledging of Tsy’s success.

Idc about bailu, why are you blabbing nonsense about another another actress on tsy’s profile/fan page. You got some deranged nerve here. I have nothing against bailu but I don’t like watching her speak. Her mouth/lip movement is weird. I bet you don’t even like Bailu, you are probably an anti of her and just making other fan base hate her. I see through your despicable actions. Grow up, get out of your grandma’s basement and see the sunlight. Do something with your life.
I dont like her face. i dont know what is the attraction. she cant act. She is same as li qin.The missing part…
Someone with “no charisma” managed to be the annual ratings champion for three years? Seems like the audience has better taste than some keyboards. She doesn’t need everyone to like her, her track record already speaks louder than words.
I read the novel, and I liked it. Yes, there's some disturbing content, but I could by pass it. I initially had worries when ss took this script. I actually didn't want her to take it bc fl was weak and never fought back. Plot wasn't exciting enough to have the audience engage the whole time, if adapted live. Fl was resilient, and followed and believed in her values through and through but was very heavy on buddhism.
After watching today's trailer, my perspective changed. I quite like the adaption and changes. I like that there's something between the leads, prior to ml falling in love with her and it's not bc of her beauty. I like that this drama will not focus on fl's beauty, unlike how the novel did so heavily. Instead, the initial interaction between ml and fl seemed to be ml finding out fl was literate and threatened her to be his spy to his first wife. The theme of this drama is "live/survive", and it seems that even though fl is forced to be a spy she does it to survive in this manor.
The novel didn't have much political plays, and ml's political career seemed to be going up exponentially without too much hiccups. However, in the drama, there's much more politics and it seems like he's walking on egg shells to survive as well, and much more fighting for his life scenes. It will give LJQ much more character depth, and perhaps allow audience to understand his cold ruthlessness in the household.
I also like that every character has their own story and woe. I hate watching dramas where the 2ml/2fl side stories take up half of the leads scenes, and it's boring. If the writer does it right and make the side characters compelling, this might really work out to be a fantastic drama.
The suspence and thrill captured in this drama makes me really excited. I love how some things are over dramatized. I don't want to see another drama where a bunch of women vying for ml's attention and love. Even if they do in this drama, it seems like the women has their own background story and using ml or men as their tool to their end goal.
Can u explain? He already looks red flag from the trailer. If the story is so dark i will skip
In the novel, fl was never willing or want to marry ml. She married him as a concubine (actually she requested to not be a concubine, just a body to warm his bed hoping he would get bored of her and discard her so she can leave the household in 1-2 years. However, LJL knew what she was planning and told her to throw that thought to the can). On the first night of their "wedding" she knew consumation was coming, but that didn't mean her mind and body wanted it. He did kind of coarce her in to it. Not like a full on rape rape, but nonetheless. Any consumation later on, she wasn't really in the mood for it. He on the other hand was a constant horny dog. It was only very very later, that she accepted her fate and accepted him. The drama will defintely change, but from trailer can already see ml was using her as a spy to his main wife- I like that change. Not all about his tongue hanging out for her
I like that FSG used the same method on his ex bff in notifying his dad's dead. It's cruel how FSG found out his dad died, and he returned the same medicine.
Yes, same director/screenwriter for the knockout. Also same production company. And special effects were done…
Not to mention, in an article, the Director said that he went into seclusion to write the script for unclouded. He said he could’ve rode the high and quickly produce another drama. And the subsequent drama would’ve gotten attention to, but he did not want his ego to be clouded by his creativity. So he spent many months in seclusion to write this.

I hope for more monthly material release!
