I came back bc i'm in a lovey dovey mood again from all the bts and promos being released. the wedding scene, where 7 was scared by the doves and went to lean on xk, I saw that part a long time ago and alway wondered if it was scripted or a natural accidental occurence, turns out it's the latter. They look so sweet together, no wonder passerbys thought this was real. Even I would've though this was real if I happaned to witnessed this.

I'm disliking the discussion in regards to ABAY, everyone is just siding HT. I think it's bc the drama made him too perfect like a god, so nothing he can do can be wrong. If he did do wrong it's for a valid reason. Also, the director filmed HT's scene more so during the fight and break up than JX so everyone only sees HT's angst but not JX's (this I read from comments on little red book so not my thoughts as I haven't watched the full ep yet).

Honestly, imo I'm really enjoying the drama, aside from the fan and netizen war. I even powered through the side character scenes so that I didn't miss any eps. All this for xk7/ht-jx. I'm aware XK is handsome, more so recently, but I could never get in to his dramas so I drop or don't watch, but in ABAY he's so handsome and his gaze and stare, his gestures and his walk. There are a couple scenes he could improve on but in general for now it's one of his best acting for me. In other dramas he's quite greasy or sleezy but for ABAY he's graceful. I also think it's bc 7 is a cute and tiny girl so it brings out the best feautures of KK, meaning his height and long legs. He's also baby face and soft features, so partnering with a costar that has sharp features or non baby face doesn't really give me any cp feel or compatibility. However, with 7 it's like match made in heaven.

The kissing is out of this world, so natural like a real couple. Not intentional to kiss just to kiss. Their kissing scenes make me feel in love as well. I haven't felt this way for any drama, this can almost surpass GA for me in terms of romance part. The plot is old fashion, I can't deny it HOWEVER, the execution, acting, smoothness of it makes it soo good. For me, this has been one of the better dramas of 2024 or any modern romance. I feel so sad it's ending soon.

On another note, I'm starting to look forward to when shu airs, however I feel like the romance would be down played and focus more on the plot. Between xy and shu I am definitely looking forward more towards xy. I feel like 7 and hmh will be another explosive cp, unfortuntaley waiting to next year.

Also, the fan war probably stopped them from following and during the drama broadcast the drama had positivity so they decided to follow each other. That's my hunch, but for sure they have each other's wechat bc 7 mentioned it during their abay interviw

In the third installment in the novel, after the break up, there is a coworker that is crushing on her and starts chasing her. I mean, who wouldn’t, She’s pretty, smart has her own opinions, she’s bright and good personality and she’s single

I agree it’s a much-needed separation for them to retrospectively think of their actions and moving forward what they want

I just want to enjoy this drama but all these trolls and sexist double standard comments here really dampens my mood and ruin my my experience with this drama. I’ll come back when the leads are back together again with other lovey-dovey stuff. Bye for now guys ✌️

A lot of perspectives, not just here, but on the Internet in general for this drama are somewhat leaning towards misogynist. It’s very double standard. After the break up, Ml is heartbroken and cries, etc., and the whole Internet is on his side feeling bad for him saying female is not worth it, Telling him to find another etc. But, if it was switched and fl Was crying and heartbroken and still pining over ml then People will say she’s foolish, dumb, stupid, that all she can think about are men and love. If the fl is rational and logical and goes about her day after break up and not pining and crying over ml then internet says she’s a cold hearted bitch. It if was ml they would say he’s so cool and handsome. I’ve seen this in most dramas.

One is a staff and one is a boss, totally different positions. If A staff wants to leave the company he or she would need to explain and resign in person. You must not have worked in a corporate job, or how HR works. In my office, we had a higher up person leave her position, did she announce it to the whole office herself? No, she didn’t say nothing, it was the manager that sent the email to the whole office. That person just worked until her last day, manager did a farewell lunch, and that higher up left/resigned on the same day

Agree! People are using this breakup/argument, as an excuse to bash the female lead when it’s just the character itself. Either of the leads this drama would be nothing
