How's the romance? Is it a happy ending for the leads?
If you still haven't watched it, you can give it a try. It's quite light, beasy to watch, romance is also good and ending is really sweet and happy. There might be some annoying moments but it works out somehow. I watched it as a filler drama while waiting for another ongoing one, so it was good to pass time. The main actress is less anoying here and has better character than in another drama with Fang Yilun.
Oh so he also said anything about Weilong? I know he was salty because Deng Wei rejected his drama and didn't…
I just recently found out about that and omg I am so mad... I am also mad about Bai Lu and the shade he has been throwing at other artists he only worked once with but called ungrateful for making them popular.... My blood is literally boiling.
Omg this guy just destroys lives like it's nothing to him... I am so glad Deng Wei refused to audition for his projects... I can only imagine how much more sgit he would say about Wei Wei to destroy him if they did work together back then...
One of the most useless producers in china!! yu Zheng?? I can never forget what you did to Song Weilong and Zhang…
Omg I knew about Zhehan, but all these other cases? He is rotten to the core... I also jist found out how he spread rumors about Deng Wei veing arrogant just because he refused to audition for this bastard's drama ππ
Hi yu Zheng, just her to tell you that song weilong is very successful in his new drama shine on me and he will…
Oh so he also said anything about Weilong? I know he was salty because Deng Wei rejected his drama and didn't even audition. didn't know he had beef with other actors ππ
A lot of older dramas like those which filmed 8-10 years ago got released this year...so as long as they want…
I think it depends on domestic popularity of actors. If any of the actors in this project has a sudden raise in popularity due to other project, this drama will probably also get released just to ride on the same wave and get views and ratings. Let's wait for that to happen π€
Thia drama didn't pass the review and couldn't obtain a distribution license. I think the comitee didn't like…
The screenwriters and producers already know the likitations and censorships, but still decide to test the authorities. Like what happened with Eternal Faith. Everyone knew BL is not approved in China, yet peoducers decided to risk it under the pretext of Bromance, which despite other successful cases was doomed in thisbone, because unlike other novels, this work was initially heavily BL. There are also other topics that are banned, but screenwriters and producers try to find workaround solutions. In the end some risks are taken in vain and end up as shelved projects similar to this one. Very sad though ....
According to new rumors, the start of filming has been moved up to early March.
I don't know about filming. I saw that the ceremony will take place on February 27th. That's when they unveil the camera (take a red cloth off camera) and cut a red ribbon or something to celebrate the start of filming. But the actual filming will start a couple of days after.
The funny thing is that this drama was filmed in 2013, rejected in 2014 for some reason and then 10 years later finally passed censorship and obtained license on August 29, 2023. Now it's been a little over 2 years and we still have no idea if this drama will ever see the light of day. Apparently some broadcasting company has to release this, but it's so old I highly doubt any of them want to release it on their channels and websites... So I think we lost this drama for good...
Personally, I never saw Su Chang He as being in love with Su Mu Yu. From my perspective, after SCHβs brother…
True. Chang He was genuinely happy when He Huai hugged Mu Yu in the end and they stood there embracing each other. He was happy for his brother and friend, not jealous or posessive like someone with other kind of feelings would be. They are family.
His scenes were cut and the actor is no longer listed in the official cast as far ad I know
I mean, what some people are confused about is the fact that Baili Dongjun does appear in the novel, so they thought we would see him in drama too. Plus I can understand confusion because the actor they thought would appear as Baili Dongjun does play him in A Blood of Youth and also plays his father in Dashing Youth. People did have reasons to be confused, especially since Donjun's name has been mentioned in Blood River a lot of times, but he never appeared π₯²
