I hope they brush past cancer plot. It feels like it has already fulfilled its role by giving Seong Mi a chance to take a break and spend meaningful time with her family. Up until then, she always seemed too busy to really connect with them.

I thought this is the only way Fl and Ml will interact with each other cause they're avoiding each other. I am pretty sure even they know that they'll end up together if they start interacting again xD

Tbh.. kbs weekend family dramas are known to kill off either the mom or dad, and since it was Ml's dad in the drama that preceded this, I fear for Seong Mi 🥲

Also, it feels unfair that they’re not moving out as a family of three. I don’t like the aunt moving in while Ji Hu stays with his grandparents. The whole point is for the uncle to become independent, step out of his brother’s shadow, and experience being a father.

The company plot feels so unnecessary to me, they could focus on U Jae and Eunbin in that time :(

I think this would be a good way for them to resolve their own issues with each other while also helping the couple. Seri would also benefit from having a female friend or mentor figure, since she's spent much of her life viewing the world through a misogynistic lens.
Plus, I feel that Seongmi consulting them could end up being therapeutic for both Jung Han and herself, since their marriage is not without problems either.
I think we already saw that happen, because Jung Han and Seongmi ended up being more honest with each other, which led to a really sweet moment. Throughout the series, they often seemed distant due to their personalities making it difficult for them to be open and show affection.

I was wondering the same thing. ML's family seems to have generational wealth, probably through property and lands . iirc they even transferred a building onto Seri's name. They also appear to have enough money to buy stores for both Seri and the aunt, so they gotta have cash laying around, cause nobody in that house works, except the bbq store, the rest of their businesses never have customers xD
